We have had excellent service from Gas Pros over the years. Gas Pros have installed an air conditioner and a new furnace at our house and a ductless heater/air conditioner at our cottage. They are prompt, professional and trustworthy. Ask for Neema. He will take good care of you.

Neema has been amazing throughout our air conditioner replacement experience!!! From the very beginning he was responsive and quick to get things done. He figured out the issues with our system fast. When he came to our house to do the replacement, he was very professional, clean and knowledgeable. Neema came over to have a look at our AC that wasn’t working. We had a different company look at it a day before and say two parts needed to be replaced. After we felt something wasn’t right with the diagnosis we had Neema over to give us a second opinion. He diagnosed the problem very quickly, explained everything thoroughly and most importantly fixed our AC. No parts needed to be replaced. He is very professional and efficient and has exceptional customer service. Needles to say, if we ever have a problem with the AC or furnace in the future, he will be the one we call.

I am very impressed with Gaspros . From the moment I asked for a quote to one week after the installation of the HRV the customer service was 110% to my satisfaction . Knowing the price of the HRV I wanted to install, I was able to  compare the installation cost of 4 companies and Gaspros was the most reasonable quote as opposed to the cut throat quote of one of the competitor without sacrificing the  quality of the installation and the customer service. Gaspros kept me posted from the moment they ordered the equipment to the time they received the equipment. Neema was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions I have even after one week of the installation and I am sure he will be willing to help long after the installation. I would not hesitate to recommend Gaspros for very reasonable quote and quality of installation and most importantly the customer service part.

Neema made a house call on a Sunday during aHeatwave because our ac had died, he promised to check supplier on Monday morning, Monday 8:30 am he showed up with a new ac unit and worked all day in the heat. His pricing was more then fair and his care and work ethic was amazing. I would highly recommend him to family or friends. He followed up that evening to ensure we were comfortable and cool! Very impressed and will most definitely use again. Thank you again!

I almost never post reviews but I am going out of my way because Neema from GasPros really deserves a 5 start rating. Super friendly, knowledgeable, great communications, sensitive to our budget, always on time, and the work he did in the installation of our new AC and furnace systems was impeccable. He always took the time to explain things clearly and to answer all of our questions every step of the way. We're super happy and feeling cool and comfortable!

Neema originally installed our furnace eight years ago when he was with a different company. We had a minor issue with an electronic part and Neema came over right away to look at the issue and then confirmed the part was still under warranty and replaced it within days. He does good work, keeps things tidy, and is fair on price. I was happy to learn he also sells furnace filters at hvacstuff.ca, which is now where I get mine.

Neema and Zack did a great job installing our new AC unit. As you may know, you can buy a nice AC unit but if it is not installed correctly it can be a waste of money. They ensured that the unit was installed in the best spot for performance considering things such as distance to furnace, direct sunlight, noise and potential traffic. They also used a quality pad for the unit to sit on so the unit from remains level despite vibration, moisture, etc. Excellent communication so great service, and all at a competitive price.
