They have taken such good care of our cats whenever we’ve gone away, going above and beyond to make sure they are happy and healthy. They also provide daily updates which help give owners peace of mind.

Laura has always been very responsible and accommodating when looking after our pet. She is an excellent care provider and I would always put my trust in her when looking after animals.

Laura and Meg are the best!!! Their customer client portal is a top notch way to get daily updates but more importantly these two are excellent communicators and truly care about the health and happiness of your cats!

I have had the privilege of relying on this service for the past year now. I have been pleasantly surprised with the top-notch quality of the service provided. Not only are these ladies business savvy, but Laura is absolutely wonderful with my 2 fur babies.Back story: I used to foster for Toronto Cat Rescue, and both of my cats are foster failures. My one cat has a heart defect that has left him completely blind, and my other is feral and absolutely hates most humans. In the past, she has hid for days while we have relied on cat sitters. She won't come out to eat, drink water, or use the litter box (leaving several surprises under our bed). And when I mean feral, I mean clawing her way into our mattress frame to hide for days on end. I have previously spent a lot of time on the phone with past cat-sitters or friends who I have left my kitties with- over concerns about our cats' well-being while we are away. One time over Christmas, we had to consider flying back from visiting family to take my feral cat to the vet- as she did not come out to eat or drink for almost 5 days with a previous sitter. This was extremely concerning for us, as we both frequently travel to the US to visit family and friends. Not only does our cat come out to play with Laura, but we have received photos of her cuddling and sitting on top of Laura- this was semi shocking to us given what had happened in the past. This brings me to my only complaint about the service: I'm pretty sure my cats love Laura more than they love me!The user portal is also very easy to use and we LOVE receiving updates about how our cats are doing. Receiving photos, messages etc about our cats is a great added touch. While we were away over Christmas vising family, Laura did a special Christmas morning" with our cats. Getting these pictures added to the fun of our holidays and made us feel so at ease. This was also a stark change from last Christmas.I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone- whether they have special needs cats or cats with typical health/emotional needs. It is not often that you will find a responsible and trustworthy cat-sitter who your babies are comfortable with. In-home cat care is so important to us
