We drove to our neighborhood Dairy Queen, to order the Blizzard of the month. It took us awhile to get through the drive through-to learn the Blizzard machine wasn't working!!! Wouldn't it be nice if the put a sign up to inform people. We drove to another DQ whose machine was working.

We come to this location frequently, especially during the summer and have never had a problem.That is until tonight when they tried to charge us $2.50 per pup cup, a product no other dairy Queen has ever charged me for.The guy working the drive thru window claims they haven't offered pup cups in the 2 years he's been working there, which we know is a boldfaced lie because as mentioned we come here all the time.He also said he couldn't give away free ice cream because the cameras are on."So DQ

They've finally improved their Blizzard-mixing technique so that you aren't left with the last 25% of your Blizzard being plain vanilla ice cream anymore. They're service is still good but their drive thru takes about twice as long as it should.

Hands down best experience with a dq ever! I cannot say enough good things about them! I had a terrible experience with another dq and then I came here they were so amazing and tried to help! I wanted a cake for a birthday and yes unconventional for a dq cake but the staff helped and it turned out amazing and absolutely made the birthday, Everyone was so impressed! Will defiently be coming back for all my future cakes! Look at the amazing job they did!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

The food was as good as expected from this restaurant. I have always been impressed with the quality of their chicken. The service isn't the fastest but that's because they make the food fresh so I don't mind waiting the extra few minutes

We love coming here each year for a special treat because the staff are so awesome! Thank you for being so accommodating and super fast, the kids didn’t have to wait long at all for all their dipped chocolate cones. See you again next year!

I have been coming here for all special occasions since childhood. Now that I've got kids of my own I've made it a tradition for them too... and boy do the staff help with that. They remember all of my kids and celebrate with them while they let the littles order for themselves! This is also one of the only stores we let them go to themselves as we know they are kind, patient and safe. I really can't say enough about the staff and managers as they are amazing, but it's also just a great place to grab a bite to eat. Even with a fully packed restaurant at rush hour they are able to take and serve your order ASAP, hot (or cold!) delicious and fast. Thanks for being such a wonderful part of our community!

Delicious food, wonderful customer service. It is almost always a super busy location, but the staff are swift and efficient. Providing accurate orders whether dine in or take out or drive through that are always fresh and delicious. Great experience all over!

I usually only come here for ice cream. Today I felt like having food too. I ordered the chicken strip basket and when I got home and opened it up there was about 17 fries in the box. If this is what's served with a chicken strip basket then they should have a much smaller box. What a joke. Fries are one of the least expensive things for a restaurant and they should be able to load the box with a lot more fries. I will not go to this location again to buy food as I feel ripped off. I spent over $30 and got less than a handful of French fries. Brutal.

Would give 0 stars. Messed up my order, called to complain and guy who answered could not give a care. Won't spend my money here ever again. It's called customer service. Don't send dairy items to those allergic. Read your orders properly. If you don't understand the order ask someone who does!
