Excellent client service response to a warranty claim. The quickest simplest most efficient warranty replacement issue I have ever ever ever experienced! A company which stands by its products and as long as I the client provided the necessary purchased information and photos of the damaged shelter; the company sent me a new cover within the week in which they received the claim! Excellent service. I would definitely buy from them again

I ordered a Gazebo directly from Sojag. I called them and placed the order on the phone. Sean was very helpful and attentive and completed the transaction in minutes.I opted to pick up the order my self but after 2 attempts, I was told the roof was not found and they couldn't complete the order. I called Sean and he immediately rectified the issue by offering a different model ( pretty much the same piece but slightly different design and slight color variation).The issue I had there were parts missing.Theboxes were sealed and unopened . I called Sean again and he immediately placed an order for the missing parts.Great quality products. This is the 2nd one I order from this company and I have no regrets. Very satisfied overall

Fantastic piece of kit and not difficult to build but it does take time and patience. 3 people for about 5 hoursBolted it to the patio and have installed power for lights and an infrared heater that clamps to the center poleOrdered the curtains as well as the Mosquito nets that come as standard and they arrived within 3 days. We purchased the Palm Spring 10x12 awning set from SoJag a year and a half ago. While we like the simplicity of setting it up each spring, we are disappointed by it's performance. Sadly there aren't enough rain holes" in the roof canvas; therefore when it rains

Suffered a wind storm April 21st 2022 and as a result a few 12 tons trees went through my beloved Shelter logic shelters. I contacted Danny shortly after gathering information if i could salvage partially what was good out of my heavy duty frames and Danny was very respondent to re-use and followed my ideas. He did not try to upsell me and was ultra helpful listening to my plan and brought valuable with his expertise. I called twice over the course of this past year and every time i was greeted with the same great personality and upmost respect. He answered all my questions no matted how trivial they were. I have a gazebo from Costco that is about 25 years old and needed to replace the roof...I called Sojag and gave them the model and they quickly and efficiently sent the roof in the exact style/size and color as the original in about less then a week. amazing service and the staff are extremely patient and helpful. I just bought another roof as a backup. awesome company to work with!

Great product. I have had a gazebo frame for many years and I replace the fabric roof every 2 to 3 years. It has always been a challenge to find one that fits perfectly. After finding this site they immediately found the correct roof for my frame and sent it. I ordered new curtains too and they arrived promptly . They fit beautifully however two grommets were missing. The company is resending a new set. I appreciate their service. The product is pricey but is worth the correct fit and quality.

I purchased the gazebo from Costco. Delivery is pretty fast. It took me one and half day to setup. Everyone in my family enjoyed it. Very solid structure! As well, very friendly and knowledgeable agent in answering my technical setup call. I highly recommend this gazebo to whoever planning to buy one. I also need to emphasize that the after sale service is excellent as there were some minor issues regarding the bug nets. I have a replacement within a week. Nothing to complain about this product.
