Portions are super cheap for the price point....Got maybe a handful of fries with the tiny chicken strips ..$3 for coffee.. charged extra for dressing when the salad should have came with it...

The food was great! Fast, delicious and more than generous portion sizes! Our Server Alicia was stellar, like a hawk watching for anyone’s needs! The menu is so fresh and new! Great experience overall!

I had a terrible experience at the restaurant. I took my family to have a nice dinner after the air shows. Server we had was very rude and over charged me at the end. I have 4 small children and one of them knocked out a cup of water. Server saw what happened and did not care to help me clean up or bring me napkins.Then the same server over charged me for things I didn't order. She claimed it that I received the item and ate it.I firmly told her that I DID NOT received the order nor ordered the item that she claim I ate it. Server finally gave in and call a manager to refund me part of the money and I didn't not receive any apologies from server or the managers.I do not recommend this restaurant if you have a big family.

My wife and I love exploring new restaurants when we travel and came across Bridges Café. Greeted with a friendly smile and promptly seated with drinks to arrive immediately. The menu selection a tad pricy for what you initially expect. I ordered a half portion of bacon mushroom and chicken alfredo with garlic toast. Thankfully so as I would have been too full to finish. After a wonderful meal with my wife in a great atmosphere, it was easy to justify the prices. So much so we returned the day after for the exact order we enjoyed previously. Thanks to the chefs and staff. Highly recommended.

Use to eat here at least once a week. Was there on Sunday and ordered the chicken strips....was very disappointed and grossed out. The chicken strips had some kind of cartilage in the strips that you couldn't even chew or eat, It WAS AWFUL!! ( Probably trying to cut cost by ordering cheaper quality products.) Told the waitress and the cook said, that it was probably only the one piece. I was totally not into eating rubber chicken strips. I was charge the full amount for the meal and did not even eat one of the chicken strips. I did eat the fries which where not much better. I will not be returning to this place and will tell other people to steer clear of this place. I give Bridges Cafe 0 Stars. Thanks for not caring about your customers. :(Don

15$ for breakfast. Wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t get more plate than food. Must have a new cool because I never had a problem before. All of a sudden the food is disgusting and there’s barely any of it on my plate to begin with. Also my cup wasn’t clean.

My last visit was quite a dissapointment. I ordered the salmon special; vegetables were coated in greasy butter & the potatoes were beyond eldente (very raw).

Ive been coming here every sunday for years but the food and service has really gone down hill. We paid $5 for a side of pan fries, I counted 11 pieces of potatoe, that's all you get. Everytime! I think today will be my last time coming here, if im paying their higher prices I want more then a mouthful of food.

The OAK BURGER is sooooo DELICIOUS!We googled places to eat in Cold Lake and came to this restaurant; it did not disappoint! The ladies at the front hotel pointed us to the oak room (for faster service) and we ordered from the bar. EXCELLENT friendly service. I will be telling people about this place!
