Had both Australian and Canadian passport photos taken here for both myself and my son. The Canadian ones were ok but the Australian ones were so off in so many ways they were unusable so we had to pay for them again when we were in Toronto costing me another $60.RESPONSE:WE GAVE YOU PRINTED INSTRUCTIONS ON THE MEASUREMENTS DIRECTLY FROM THE AUSTRALIAN CONSULTANT AT THE TIME WE ORDERED THE PHOTOS FOR MYSELF AND MY SON. NO EXCUSES!!

Great fast service, stayed beyond their normal hours to finish up our passport photos. Prices less than 1/2 that of mainstream stores, and no issues at passport office.

The ideal place to obtain passport-size photos or any other photos necessary for immigration is at this location. Friendly person who assured me that if the photo was rejected, he would fix it and email it. My photo was fortunately accepted by immigration. For all of your immigration-related photos, this place is so much better than Shoppers or Staples. Thank you again for the great service!

Honestly got horrible service today. The man taking our photo was busy with customers today which could explain his nasty attitude, but it wouldn’t explain the horrible photo quality and his unwillingness to listen to our concerns.He dismissed my mom’s concerns completely and ignored her when she said the photos were blurry and dark, and when I asked if it was possible to take another photo for her he just said no and got angry and started raising his voice at us.I used to process passport photos at my old job, we were required to make sure they weren’t blurry or dark - but ours were EXACTLY that.Try introducing customer service training to your employees, photo gold. The abuse my mom had to go through today was unacceptable.EDIT: I called and the owner is the same. He was talking over me and wouldn’t listen saying his worker didn’t yell when he did. All they said was “that’s her skin tone, the photo was clear.” When that’s not the case BECAUSE I HAVE THE PHOTO. Terrible service.

They were efficient and super nice! Good price. On top of that my passport photo turned out really good from the angle they take it at!

I brought my 4 kids to get passport pictures and was extremely impressed. We came because the price was so good (wow!), but we definitely did not sacrifice service for a good deal. The owners were fantastic with my kids (including my 6 month old). The pictures were done quickly and painlessly and they obviously are experts in doing passport pictures properly. The location is great as we were able to go to the Dollar Store (Metro is there too) while we waited for the pictures to be done. Photo Gold made getting passport pictures for my kids very simple. Highly recommend.
