Horrible service. Rude staff and disordered management. Rate is not clear. Finally fee is much more expensive than they posted.

Starting the mileage at 30km for some apparent reason. Expect a price from $100-$500 within the city. Great service in my opinion. 5stars for the easy process, 4 stars for the service, 3 stars for the vehicle condition, 2stars for the location. No 1 star because I think they’re actually quite handy and helpful with moving. Thanks

I went here to buy a box. The person in charge was friendly and helpful. The store was not very clean though. They are open late at night most of the times, which is a positive thing. There is ample parking available. Overall, it was a good experience.

Extremely slow service.Booked a trailer online to pick up at 1pm. Arrived at store at 12.50pm. stood in line to wait to pickup the vehicle till 2.15pm! There was only ONE customer infront of us the entire time. the previous customer only wanted to return his trailer at this location over another. Just to this processed, all of us waited for for hours. The person was just running around, calling a number, waiting on phone and saying a lot of 'okay olay.. aha.. okay okay...i will tell him... Thank you JB. Then ultimately they said "there will be no extra charge". The customer walked away... We waited more than one hour..This is so dumb!... Worst customer service. Waste of time"

Really great customer service. The girl at the front desk was very kind and personable. Convenient and cheap rates to boot!

I'd like they had proactively asked if that was may first time towing a trailer and offered help but apart from that, all good.

it was easy to find and hassle free. The lady who I dealt with was friendly, the van was clean, and plenty of parking to leave your vehicle while your out with one of their trucks.

I had a great experience with U haul. Their staff was friendly and helpful and rates were cheap. Definitely would reccommend.
