Impossible customer service. They don’t really even try to help you, even if the product is under warranty, and now they appear to be out of business??? Always closed, no reply from owner in China about my faulty massage table that I spent over $2000 on.

This has always been my go too store, but I'm not sure what's happening with them. I've tried to go there 2 weeks in a row now, they state on their website and via email, they're open today until 5pm. Show up at 330pm and they are closed, the lights are on but nobody is opening the doors. The phone numbers are no longer in service, the email is closed" and no longer works. A few other people also showed up trying to shop .. if you're closing down just say that. Not a great way to treat people who support this business."

Was great supplies but watch on product thats expired with dates(I'm adding an edit to respond to the comment I just got from this store......) This post above was written years ago and your just responding today!?!Btw it said on package sale was final. I live outside city limits so my visiting city isn't so frequent. Nice way to try and turn this around on the customer.

They are closed on weekends, yet choose to do inventory on a weekday. My one day off work to go there and they are closed to do inventory. Do it on the weekends. Or open up on Saturday. There hours are very inconvenient.

Bought a few different chemicals and small pieces of equipment. These ladies will do everything they can to help you. They know their stuff. You will go back after you go once. Lots to choose from too.

Sorry to hear you are closed. On your website It say’s would reopen Aug.16. Do u still have some headrest cover left(for massage table)? I can pick up anytime. I don’t know where to buy them except your place. Thanks.
