Great service. Workers friendly and prompt. Only problem is that they did not bring a trolley to get my very old and heavy refrigerator out of my basement. In this day and age they should have equipment to help them with getting extremely heavy appliances up one flight of stairs. The equipment will save their backs because they won't be young forever.

They were very professional, efficient, polite, and accommodating. The staff were there at the agreed time and were able to remove the furnishings of a 2-bedroom apartment in just a little over an hour. The whole experience was very positive. The two young men were absolutely wonderful. Very polite, professional and STRONG! They carried a VERY heavy, old coldspot chest freezer up a flight of stairs and out my side door without a groan. Would recommend JUST JUNK anytime. Reasonable rates.

Very courteous and allowed me to set up appointment for my mom from another province. The appointment people very professional, helpful, courteous. The gentlemen who arrived to pick up the furniture were courteous, arrived well within the allotted window, and did make a courtesy call to notify us of their imminent arrival. All in all, from this experience, I would definitely use their services again!!

Excellent Service. Called them on August 10th to have them remove renovations material and more. They arrived at 9:00am Aug 11th and were gone by shortly after 9:30am. Efficient and extremely reasonably priced. 100% recommended
