I called Julien at 5:30 on a weekday, and by 6:30 he was at my house ready to fix my son's bike. He provided excellent service, and went over and above when it came to the services provided for what he charged me. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and willing to share that knowledge so that the customer can better take care of their bike. First class service start to finish and highly recommend Julien and his team for anyone who is looking for a quick and affordable bike repair.

Aleksey is very effective, he has a lot of knowledge and is pleased to share it. He does not overcharge you or change parts if not necessary. The bonus is that Tunes on wheels come home which very convenient. I really recommend their services ! I am grateful to the entire team.

Rates are very reasonable with a nice discount for additional bikes. Aleksey was very friendly and super enthusiastic. Complete quality job - my bike shifts and rides even smoother now than when I bought it new or had it tuned by Giant.

Julien was super friendly and did a meticulous job on tuning up my bike. He took the time to show me the work done, shared some tips and even showed me a feature I wasn’t aware of. Excellent quality and workmanship! Highly recommend!!

This was my first time using a mobile bike tune-up service. I wasn't sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. Julian did an incredible job and explained everything that needed to be done to bring my bike up to speed. (pardon the pun). I'm a happy cyclist!

Other bike shops wanted me to drop my bike off for a tune-up. Having Julien come by and do the work in their fully equipped van was just great. He did a great job and was also able to give me a few pointers on how I'm using my gears. I had a small issue that wasn't resolved and immediately got a follow up call. All communication was excellent and appointment times were respected. I highly recommend this company!

Got a bike tune up and Julien was great at explaining a bike function for me to understand (I was clueless and never took advantage of it, major bonus). My bike is running smooth and fun to ride. Highly recommended and will be booking with this company in the future!
