Excellent shop. Bought my bike at a different shop during the pandemic but brought it to Fond du Lac Cyclery as another shop messed up the build. I now trust FDL Cyclery now for my many bikes. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and have excellent mechanical aptitude.

Full-on attention to meet my unique cycling needs, expert knowledge, and support in the process of purchasing a new bike, and respectful of the investment being made. Bart (and John) offered tremendous insight in guiding me to the right bike and the component that will serve me now and in the coming years. My new TREK Project One bike is possible because of the time and energy Bart put into guiding me along each step of the process. He also worked hard to communicate with TREK to consider our loyalty to the brand over many years, resulting in an additional TREK loyalty discount with the purchase. We've been long-time customers at Fond du Lac Cyclery having appreciated the personalized care and awesome support there. John became a trusted friend along the way and someone we referred many bike purchasers to. The new owners, Bart and Alyssa, have continued that tradition along with updating the shop and offerings. I have no doubt that they'll be able to meet the riding needs of all levels of riders. Ride on - ride for fun!

The price point range of inventory allows people of all types of cycling interests, and the staff is so knowledgeable about the entire inventory and also what can be special ordered. I was able to order in a specific bike I wanted and they had it delivered and built in less than a week. They fitted the bike properly to my frame, went through all of the features of the bike with me, and installed all of the accessories I purchased right away. Helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly are the best three words to describe my first experience with Fond du Lac Cyclery. I hope to continue shopping with them for generations to come.

We are new to the sport and know nothing and the fine folks at Fond du Lac Cyclery have been wonderful. They helped us to assess our needs, walked us through how to buy a bike, the accessories, safety issues, the works. We left feeling confident in our choices, and they are always there to answer any other questions we may have. We also enjoy their community rides that bring people together. It's a nice way to meet people with similar interests. Finally, we were most impressed with how welcoming and hospitable everyone has been. They are nice people. You walk into the shop, and it feels like family.
