So i have been running the highest grade gas from this station and its been giving me lower performance and worse milage then the highest grade at petro canada. Im not sure if they are running regular in all of their tanks or what but their fuel is subpar and shell is suppose to be the best high quality option for fuel.

I went couple of times to fill the gas ,they have the sign showing 3cents off if you pay with cash or debit ,first time I went in and asked the cashier for 35$ gas and paid by cash , she did authorize and I went I fill in the gas ,later I check the bill and asked her I paid by cash so it does come with 3 cents discount , she replied you have to fill the gas and then pay - first bluff to the customer , then I went second time and asked the cashier I want 3 cents and I will pay by cash or debit , do I need to pay first or fill the gas he mentioned you can do either , I paid at the counter cash and went to fill the gas and I observed again they didn’t give me 3cents discount I asked the cashier I mentioned that and asked for the gas he said I never mentioned that I need 3 cents off per one litre if I pay by cash or debit , second bluff . First time I went around 2 AM to fill the gas I think there are three people one female cashier and two male persons - they are not employees ,I guess one of the guy is cashier boy friend ,he was coming at me to flight with him . What a great customers services . Hats off and keep it up my friends . I’ll make sure this things are echoed all around and what kind of customer service you people are providing and bluffing the customers .

This morning, December 5th, I went to the garage on Robie and North to put air in my tires. The clerk, David, was extremely kind and helpful to me. He was busy with numerous customers but that did not stop him from being courteous. Your garage is very lucky to have someone like David as he is an asset to your company.Thankful,Wendy Poirier

Bought gift cards for my sister to use and they gave me unactivated cards. My sister using at another station was left high and dry. Also a mistake made by the other station was that they didn't return the gift cards to my sister so that i can even contest this. They just took my money. Will be going to the Irving done the street. suggest the same!

Have been going to this location for the last 5 years for gas. After the rude service" from staff I received today Il never go back. Trash station."

I had a bad experience with the guy who did the night shift. He was very rude and not at all welcoming. I moved to nova scotia from Ontario few weeks ago and this was the first time experiencing such an issue with shell.
