What a disappointment!!! Victoria's Secret Montreal Airport Boutique !!! No inventory, shortage in every size, no bra available and the icing on the cake : as a packaging for a birthday gift for my wife, all I got is a transparent polyethylene bag !!! Customer experience at this Boutique is so far away from the one expected from such a brand !!!!

The sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Good choice if items, reasonable prices.The cashier did not seal the bag for some reason, and I ran into problems at the next flight checking with the unsealed bag of duty free perfume. Not the best experience.

Super long line to pay for everything except cosmetics and only one individual working at the register. There was another guy working there at the register, but didn’t even bother to help and serve customers. The service in this store has been disappointing in the last two years! Also, the chocolate options are weak and expensive.

Alcohol, anyway, is not really a bargain at any duty free store any more. You can pick it up at your destination at a little more or the same price, if on sale, and not have the hassle of carrying it and dealing with customs officers.

Decent selection and prices. Staff is not the most friendly, they look as if they are being forced to work. They don't greet you or wish you a nice day. Not the most welcoming environment.

I travel regularly from YUL airport and constantly have problems with this shop. A few months ago they put some bottles on a rack with a big writing announcing a discount, but it did not apply to those bottles for some arbitrary reasons (when I asked the owner how one could guess that it didn’t apply to those bottles, he said “you just have to ask”). The other day I bought a bottle of gin for a price that was definitely not the one that was visible. This shop has a despicable marketing strategy and I urge you not to buy there. And I don’t mention the neverending waiting lines…

I think that the idea of duty free shops is really old school! Not a big choices, a lot of people, not a lot of time, slowly service (because of bureaucracy) and actually not a lot of great deals! Recently I bought something from The loop because I looked for special item( Swatch watch) and maybe for this I give two stars !

The cashier did not seal my bag properly for my destination, despite me telling them my final destination and that I was connecting. My (expensive) stuff then got confiscated at the next airport for not being properly sealed. Now I need to chase their customer support to try to get a refund.The mistake was probably made due to the extreme lines/crowds and noise in the store. Would absolutely not recommend, and definitely avoid if you're connecting or in a rush.

It’s extremely over priced. 500ml maple syrup is $30 but in regular terminal shops it’s $20. So even though it’s duty free you will still end up paying 35% more
