I used to love going there. However, got my hair done for my wedding. The hairdresser quoted one price (overly priced, $125 for an easy updo) and was charged $175 on wedding day. It wasn’t even a good job. Totally greedy just because it was a wedding.

Not a fan. Subpar service by obviously heavy smoker hairdresser (he reeked), and the price is really expensive for a simple cut.

Lots of hype for some extras" like a coffee and all the products are overpriced. $50 for a simple haircut and nothing else is in my view too expensive. Good thing about the place is that they started to keep the hair that they cut to make wigs for cancer patients... at least they do that. The rest is all overpriced."

My girlfriend and I made an appointment on site last week with a young lady for today THU 3pm and she confirmed to us. I went today and it turns out it was yesterday and no one called or text us. They didnot even had my name or phone number. As I always like to double check I called in the salon yesterday around noon and no one responded or called me back. I also sent a txt message to confirm if the appointment was either yesterday or today and no one answered. Why would I bother in traveling 30 mins to the place to get a beardcut today as scheduled since last week if I hadnt done an appointment? And no one even offered a decent apology but a reschedule whenever the barber can? ..even worst no one in the location owns the responsibility of the fail in ther booking process (manually -pen and paper) nor offered a fair customer service. Very dissapointing!

Hairdresser cut hair too short. She did not listen to what patron wanted and was not able to foresee the results inlight of the curly hair texture. To make matters worst, upon returning for an adjustment by another hairdresser, again the hairdresser did not listen, and did not use any creativity to adjust the previous mistake. The whole experience was a disaster. Over a month later and I still cannot look at myself in the mirror. I am angry, and do not recomment this salon to anyone! The hairdressers have no creativity and do not listen to their clients.

1st experience years ago, was with a hairdresser who will remain nameless. Advised what I wanted and never received, but still I kept going hoping and giving her a chance. Never did get what I wanted, stopped going. This summer decided to try another hairdresser, showed pic and color I wanted and left disappointed. Extremely expensive for what was done. A balayage cost me $350!!!! Ridiculous!
