Love this salon! The environment, the people everything about it is perfect. I get my hair done by Judi and she never disappoints. I'm excited to try more of their services like pedicures. Give them a try you won't regret that you do.

West Eleven is a beautiful salon! They provide multiple services from hair, to nails, skincare and brows. I’ve had my hair cut multiple times and done some highlights and can’t say enough about Helen. Wonderful salon with such professional staff!

Love these ladies!! Helen always does a fantastic job with my thick and hard to manage hair. Whether she's updating my highlights in the spring or toning the colour down in the fall, I trust her completely! They're all friendly ladies, its a friendly atmosphere with reasonable prices!

I get my hair highlighted by Helen and I always receive the best care and service! The picture is days after getting my hair redone with an ashy toner ❤️. My hair looks and feels 100% refreshed and healthier when I am finished and always styled at no extra cost. The salon now offers so many other personal care treatments that I can't wait to try!

I had a wonderful first experience having my colour done by Helen this evening. The salon is fresh and clean, and Helen was very lovely to talk to while she did my hair. I loved that she explained the process, and the end result was a beautiful balayage! The hair washing also felt like a relaxing head massage! I will definitely be back!
