Veterinary Hospital Taché

They recently have been very bad with customer service and getting a hold of. We had called for our sick puppy multiple times and they did not return our voice messages or our calls. We then later on called for our two cats and the same issue had happened. They only responded months later after we called once again. We recently called to ask about the date for our dog’s neutering date, they denied we had booked one from the start and did not have it on file. Very disappointing, since we have been clients with them for years.

I started going to this vet clinic for my rats last year. For general check ups, they always showed compassion and professionalism for my boys. Recently my one rat fell ill, it was truly heart breaking, after taking him in to them, they recommended a specialist. They even went above and beyond to find one for me and recommended them to me. I got to get a second opinion, unfortunately my little guy had a condition that was not curable. My baby passed away over the weekend. I asked them if they do the paw prints for pets who have crossed the rainbow bridge. They fit me in asap today and I honestly expected to pay for it, but this was a feature they do for free which touched my heart. They gave me back my boy and his paw print, they even did several attempts to ensure I could take home a clear print from him. They showed such heartwarming hospitality and professionalism that I will never forget. Isabelle was a receptionist that kept contact with me during his last week and cannot thank her enough for her prompt communication to me.They don't exactly specialize in certain exotic pets, but they treated my boys like no different than a dog or cat. They helped me dealing with my sick baby so well, I strongly recommend them for your furbaby needs. 20/10 would recommend.

Best vet place ever. We have all our pets going there. Wouldn't go any where else.

Very good vet clinic. Our fur babies have received wonderful care each time they visited. Technicians and veterinarians are knowledgeable, considerate and extremely patient (both with the animals and owners). Special thanks to Dre Malette and Dre Larivière for the care and compassion they have provided Kayleigh and Lolo over the years. For that we are truly grateful. We will soon return with the newest addition to our family.

Custom service is lacking, I left two voicemails and they did not return my calls during a three week period.

Our cat was showing signs of deterioration, we brought her there in a last ditch effort to save her, and we were turned away at the door. we were willing to pay to save her, and it cost her her life.This place is not a hospital. Passing by this business causes me great pain. They will probably take care of your family member as this was in 2019, but to us, we are scarred by it. we will not be taking any in need for help here ever again.My Grandmother was a Veterinarian, and would be ashamed.

They used to be really good, I was with them for years but as soon as they see that you are willing to spend a lot for your pet, they will get all the money they can from you. They also took the opportunity with Covid to raise the prices and refuse to see your pet quickly unless you pay the urgent fee ($$). It's really a shame to see a place act this way instead of prioritizing the welfare of the animals.

I love this vet and will be bringing my future rats and reptiles I get to them. I recently had my little boy Shrimp have to be put down from a tumor and they really do seem to care about the client and pet. I brought him in before and since its covid I couldn't go in for the first appointment but the calls were thorough and everything was explained well. No surprises or worry when he was in there. I called after twice to just ask more questions and the vet was more then happy to answer any questions I had. When my little boy was put down I felt like he was in good hands and knew that they would make him comfortable. They sent me a card in condolence of him passing and was hand written. I have never heard of a vet doing that before and makes me feel so positive in the vet I chose for him and his brothers! (Badger, Shrimp, Honey)

My cat Onyx has been coming here since 2009. My other cat Milo since 2012. They are both still alive and have received great care at this Vet. Very knowledgeable Tech and Vet especially when it comes to Onyx who can be quite difficult during examination.

I haven't even had the pleasure of a visit. I called hoping to get some euthanasia information. As this is really important I sat on hold only to notice it's been 26 mins. I can't imagine what service looks like beyond.
