I am thankful for companies like this and for people like Mark who are so dedicated to serving the community. There are so many elderly and/or disabled who require house call service and Mark is extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and very professional. He made sure that my mother's hearing aids were working perfectly and went to great lengths to ensure that he found the solution. Excellent service I recommend 110%!

Mark is a knowledgeable, caring & a patient professional. providing excellent home service.He has been taking care of our 96 yr. old mother’s hearing tests & aids for almost a year now.It is a wonderful relief that Mark makes house calls as our mother is not very mobile.He is readily available via phone and is very competitive compared to the retail locations.We appreciate his fine services immensely.

This service is amazing. Mark is friendly, patient and so kind. We have been using this service for a few years for my mom who is completely immobile. Mark attends the LTC facility she resides in and is able to do everything onsite. Without this service it would be impossible to get my mom hearing aids. Thanks Mark, you always go over and beyond to meet my mom's needs.***Highly Recommend Mark and his services to everyone***

How amazing is it to have someone who comes directly to you? As my mom is now 92, and in a wheelchair, it would be difficult to try and get Mom out all the time to various appointments. We are so glad to have found Mark. He is so pleasant, kind, understanding, caring and knowledgable. Always there should we need him. I wish all services for the elderly were so convenient and the services were as excellent as Mark has proven. The world would be a better place if we had more Marks!

Mark's patient and professional service has made the journey to get my elderly mother fitted for hearing aids much easier than I expected The fact that he comes to her home where she is comfortable and the aids are tested in her actual environment makes it so much less stressful.
