I was a monthly parking subscriber and tried to cancel my parking back in March 2020. Website confirmed my parking was canceled and that I would be charged for April due to the cut-off timing for parking cancelations. Ok, I get it. BUT, I then noticed that I was charged for monthly parking in May, and will be charged for June as well.Trying to get a refund issued by Impark for May and June charges. Currently on hold on the phone line. Hoping to get some resolution on this and will update the review if successful.Be very wary of the impark myparkingworld website as it clearly did not properly process my cancelation request. Hopefully you can avoid finding yourself in the same situation.

Was given a ticket 3 minutes after paying for parking. Nearly impossible to get a hold of anyone who works there.

Hey pay ( at 9:53) when they only turn around at 9:57 and give you a ticket!! Getting it reversed, what a joke.

Staff is quite rude. There’s a sign on the front door posted stating they need to be closed by 4. Their doors are locked at 3:50 pm.

It would be different if they provided security for your vehicle or life coverage.

Almost an identical experience to Brett Boje below (I've updated his review with my details because they are so similar).I was a monthly parking subscriber and tried to cancel my parking in November 2020. Then I was charged for the ENTIRE month of December.If I had not called in person and cancelled it, they would have charged me for January forward too.Trying to get a refund is bordering on impossible. I've called close to ten times, sent my online cancellation confirmation number and the only response I get now is that the accounting department is slow. They indicated to me that I am one of many people with this complaint and yet refunds are not being given.Be very wary of the impark myparkingworld website as it clearly did not properly process my cancelation request. Hopefully you can avoid finding yourself in the same situation.Jan 20 update - They have refunded my parking for the half month. However this was after jumping through multiple hoops. Still wouldn't recommend Impark and never use the online service to cancel.

Pure trash company. Impark took about $300 out of an account by mistake" and you absolutely can't get anyone in charge to call you or process a refund - we have tried every option. After uncountable calls over the last 45 days It's now theft and a police report has been filed. Seriously - stay away from this "company" if at all possible."

Awful service - can never speak to anyone in the Calgary office
