Dragon Gate Restaurant
We each had the chicken chow mein, and sweet'n'sour pork. I had mine with deep fried chicken wings....delicious! Husband had prawns, he seemed to have enjoyed it. Everything was fresh and we got our dishes in a timely manner. Will definitely go back...FYI...husband ordered 'D' and I ordered the 'G'.

Ordered delivery and was here hot and very good. Sweet and sour not overpowering, chicken was seasoned and egg rolls were huge.

Took well over an hour. It just wasn’t good. Spring rolls was like eating rope. Wonton had no flavor. It came in a tiny container we ordered a meal for 4. It was a ouch to fill half a soup bowl. Just not worth 85.00

Requested a 7:30 delivery time, food shows up at 6:35, one hour early, So we send it back, hoping to get fresh food and it looks like it was sitting under the warmer for the next hour! Soggy food and i called and was told nope “its fresh”. Highly unlikely. If you request a delivery time, the delivery should be made at THAT TIME. And FRESH. Not old warmed food.

Terrible.. Chop Suey vegetables were way over cooked/ wonton soup same..$140.for wonton soup/ pork fried rice/steamed rice/ sweet sour pork/hoisin prawns .. in the garbage so disappointed

Tonight we ordered from the dragon gate, and because one of the family HATES onions, we ordered our dinner “everything without onions” and an egg roll. Not only did they get my order perfect, they called me back to make sure that it was ok that the egg roll had onions (which it was). They took my family’s safety seriously and delivered some awesome food!!

I come back here consistently over the years and the food is always great! The atmosphere is very good and I've always found the staff to be nice. My favorite is the Curry Beef Fried Rice but their other stuff is good too. They have a great lunch combination deal where you get a small wonton soup, combination meal and drink for about $10. Their weekend buffet is also the best in Quesnel. The plates are quite sizable and the prices are good too. I'd say this is the best chinese food place in Quesnel (with 2nd place going to Fulin.)
