From beginning to end service and product was perfect. Windows were exactly as discussed and have added charm to our home. Installation was seamless and they were very conscientious during installation. Mats were placed on floors to ensure cleanliness. They swept all areas after completion. Finishing is precise, as if the windows were always there. No gaps. Highly recommend their service.

While Clera Windows are offered province wide, here in Cornwall the company is a local, family business and they could not be easier or more pleasant to work with. André's first visit provided all the information I needed and an order was made; Louise advised me by phone with the happy news that my windows were received and ready to install - five weeks early!; and the installation service provided by their son Evan was prompt, polite, friendly and to my total satisfaction. They left everything clean and carted away all the old windows and garbage. A totally satisfactory experience!

Horrible experience! Not only were our windows and doors over a month late, they were the wrong size and installation was terrible. Crooked windows, half don't close/lock properly, and they also broke a part of our foundation. Still waiting to see if they will fix their mistakes. Money not well spent.

My father had our windows redone recently. The guy did all ten windows by himself and that alone shows dedication to the work, but he also did an immaculate job on each paying close attention to detail. The work was beyond perfect and I would recommend this service to anyone in a heartbeat. I definitelywouldn't get my windows anywhere else. The quality of the windows were top notch and he even did our patio door for free. This is the place to go!

Service beyond compare! I had 11 windows and a patio door replaced. My entire experience with FM Windows & Doors of Cornwall has been exceptional. I highly recommend them! :)

Absolute worst quality and the worst service. Complete crooks. This company left us with worse quality windows than we even replaced.They attempted to replace two windows and in each instance the quality became worse and worse.They stopped answering phone calls. They left us with windows that have required additional replacement from another competent company.Also, despite having paid in full for this awful product they sent us to collections and it has negatively affected our credit. Would you pay for this?!The photos speak for themselves. This is a large company that gets their foot in the door by offering a competitive price but their product is absolute junk.

We have used Clera Windows & Doors out of Cornwall a few times now. Each visit has been wonderful from start to finish each and every time. Andre & Evan are very professional, knowledgeable, and clean. Windows fit perfectly, installed beautifully. Length of estimated arrival on our orders have always been as stated upon ordering, since all windows are custom made and due to the pandemic the 14 week delay was expected and out of their control. Also, the quoted price and final price were exactly the same, no surprises. They work quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to update their homes. We have doors being installed by them in the future, will update my review when those are done.
