Golf was good, food has been excellent in 2020 and 2021 but the perch is year is not worth coming back for.

The course is decent, couple dog leg holes, very open, has some trees, course located right near the lake and off the beaten path, food available at hole #8, prices are fair, staff is good, stay out of the bushes due to Posion Ivy, gas and electric carts leased from Skyway Equipment in Hamilton, worth playing a round.

Best deal around. Tees are soft, some have crab grass. Fairways can be hard if little rain. Greens are well watered. Little slower than average Some green are wavy. No bunkers on course and very little water. Very open course if you spray it. By far best course in the area. Course is by Lake Erie, but a road separate the course and Lake. No view of lake or holes along lake. The other 2 courses have 9 holes and 18 tees. I cancelled other courses for the week to play Freedom. Overall easier than average. Fun course. 3-3.25 hrs to play for the 2 times I've played. Highly recommended. Monday and Thursday there is a special. Even reg price is a good deal. Not a lot of power carts as a lot of people walk. Course is very flat, making for an easy walk. Can't beat the value. If I lived in the area, I would play here all the time.

Great golf course. Staff are wonderful and friendly. It’s not Glen Abbey but a lovely layout with some tough holes. The golf pro there is fantastic. Very easy to talk to and very understanding of trying to hit the ball perfect. Awesome in my world. ☘️

Great club with real good members. 18 holes of not bad golf. Friday 9 and dine is a great deal. Great membership at this club. Green Fees are more than fare.... you wont be disappointed.

The friendly staff at Freedom Oaks are always a pleasure to deal with. The course is long at just over 6000 yds, but has a mixture of straight fairways and challenging approaches. Small greens surrounded by trees make for challenging approaches and the larger greens often have multiple levels or water hazards. Don't assume you will always be two putting here! With no bunkers there is ample opportunity to take risks approaching the greens, but be wary of the water hazards that are always a potential obstacle! You won't be disappointed with this gem of a course right next to Lake Erie!
