My husband got paint on his brand new Canada Goose coat. They reassured me not to worry and returned the coat back to me like it was brand new! Such a relief! I was very happy with their customer service and quality of work. I’ll definitely be going back there again :)

Excellent service. Had an issue with the pick up of my suit. They personally called me to make sure I got my suit ready in time for my buddies wedding.

They ruined two black dress shirts. The owner explanation was the material is too delicate.I asked her why did you do the second one, when you ruined the first one?She blamed the material and she offered my next service for free, I said no thank you I won’t be returning. She responded no problem don’t come back!

Maybe if you are lucky enough to show up at a time that won't disrupt their busy schedule of scrolling through instagram, they're professional and efficient. But this wasn't my case. Asking to get measured for a pants alteration was apparently really annoying, and I ended up going to another place because they are relatively expensive and their delays are unreasonable (7 business days for about 10 minutes of work).

This place is very unreliable. Always closed early and do not respect their hours own opening hours on window.

Went to another dry cleaners with a terrible stain from a night out with the boys no one was able to get it out till I tried lavio. The owner was great and told me he would try his best. That he did.. Stain no more! Very happy and been there many times since. 5stars for sure.

Honestly I was totally impressed ...... drop off was totally in French pick up in English. ... such amazing service. .... my cocktail dress has never looked so good the service was so much better than my usual spot in Laval. My hats off to them ....I wish I asked the girl at the counter her name.So I could give her 5 stars......I will next time. ....

I do not recommend this dry cleaner. They are very disorganized and lost one of our shirts. After many many calls back and forth we gave up. About six months later they said they found the shirt and I could come pick it up. When I went, the guy behind the counter had no idea what I was talking about and could not find it. After calling the owner I was told to come back next day. When I went back to pick up other dry cleaning i had left, the same guy was behind the counter and tried to give me a bundle of someone else’s clothes. I had to tell him twice that was not my stuff (even though he had my ticket in his hand). He did eventually find it including the long lost shirt but added the cleaning of the lost shirt to my bill. No apology, nothing. Never going back.

Lavio is just incredible! Any time I have an alteration that I need rushed, they offer wonderful service and deliver as quickly as possible. My dry cleaning is always immaculate. So convenient to find such an amazing and professional dry cleaner close to home !

A+ service, they handled my huge loads of laundry with ease. Highly recommended.
