Grand River Optometry - Dr. Daniel Robinson and Associates

Came today for my first visit and it was wonderful. All staff were friendly and their customer service was top notch. Their office was impeccably clean and Optometrist Yasmin Jindani was so kind. I really enjoyed my appointment and will be booking my husband and son in shortly for appointments of their own. Thanks so much for a great experience!

Dr Robinson has been my optometrist for over 20 years. The staff is always pleasant, the office is always clean and service is top notch from everyone. I highly recommend.

Dr Robertson and all his Staff are very helpful and friendly. When you need help they are there for you. You can tell that their Customers are very important to them and it starts at Front Desk to when you see the Doctor.

My time is as valuable as Dr. Robinson's time. I book appointments to fortify an efficient workday and I am never, ever, late. Arriving 10 minutes early for my appointment at 8:15 am, filling out the new client paperwork in a couple of minutes and then sitting dormant for half an hour should never be considered good customer service. The cool and collected receptionist, has little empathy for them running extremely behind schedule, so it must be the norm. With so much competition in this market, they may be well advised to lengthen their appointment times, rather than leave people staring out a window at a parking lot. There is no way the review rating is this high. Most of the reviews seem to revolve around the excellent service recieved through the Optic House next door. Bottom line is that my family of seven is still searching for a competent, professional eye care establishment in Brantford who understands that being on time is just as important as being a good doctor.

Dr Robinson has been my Optometrist for about 18 years now. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and incredibly knowledgeable. With my eye condition I am incredibly cautious and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. He has my complete trust when it comes to my eyes.

Super clean clinic and very friendly staff. Accessible office for anyone with mobility issues. Dr. Dan is totally focused on your vision/eye health, not selling you the latest glasses or other products. Very confident in the level of care provided.

Wanted to give a big shoutout to the staff at Grand River Optometry for a great experience for my comprehensive eye exam. From start to finish I felt cared for and never rushed. Thank you to Dr. Yasmin for taking extra care for taking your time even though I felt like it took a little longer for me to distinguish between two lenses. Thanks for your insight and patience it shows you care about your patients and I’ll definitely be back in a few years. Glad that my eyes have been checked and are healthy!

Today was my first visit. Friendly staff that were informative and thorough. They completed eye tests that I have never had done before. They were also great with my kids.

Moved from orangeville and hadn’t got my eyes check in years, was recommended this location by a friend and it’s fantastic spot. Highly recommend - friendly reception, and intelligent doctors who actually care about helping, not just selling prescription glasses. Go here.

My first visit today. Had floaters/flashes in one eye. They took me in immediately.the staff and doctor were amazing!! My doctor explained everything in great detail. Very thorough ,,I recommend this place to everyone. Thanks again for a great experience!!!
