Small location but nice selection. I like the self help kiosks for browsing.

This was one of only four Beer Store outlets in Mississauga that was currently accepting empty containers returns because of COVID-19.The store had precautionary procedures posted, taped off areas, and pavement markings too.I was just glad to rid my home and vehicle of all the empties!The whole ordeal took about 20 minutes to play out but it was mission accomplished.Staff were cautious but friendly.

My usual go to place. Very friendly staff. But last experience had me at the receiving end of that friendliness at the expense of my customer experience. This lady was “serving” the person ahead of me in the queue ( we all would love a quick in and out in current situation). She seemed to know the person and they literally kept on chatting about the dog (inside the store) and what not and not focused on the transaction while I kept on waiting to be served. When I complained to the other staff in another end of the store he dismissed it as “serving the customer” !!! There is service with a smile and then it borders on unprofessionalism when it starts to impact other customers. Will go to LCBO now.

Trying to find/order some beer on the website ,very poorly designed

Make sure you count your empties! Brought empties back and they tried to short change us by almost half of what we counted. Called them out on it and they acted as though they didn't understand.

This is my favourite Beer Store location. Jay and Colin are the best. Everyone is cool, but Jay and Colin are always good for a laugh. They never complain when we bring in an inappropriate amount of empties. Everyone is helpful making sure we get the best deal according to the sales and they always offer a carry out!The hours aren’t the best at this location but the staff makes up for it! Thanks guys

Our puppy was really hot and thirsty and we didn't have any water. An employee noticed and went out of their way to get some water.

Don't have much varieties, I can get many choices in LCBO
