Lush Cosmetics

We had a wonderful experience at Lush. I have two young daughters, and the staff let them pick out a bath bomb to demo. Colin, who assisted us was knowledgeable and super fun, and encouraged us to test a few products. Moldable soap/shampoo, and jelly soaps for the kids; and a hand scrub and lotions for me.

Visited the store while on vacation from US. Chel my sales associate was extremely helpful in selecting products for my hair which can be bothersome when traveling. She was knowledgeable and even wrote a detailed description on usage of the 4 products I purchased. Clean store, enjoyable experience.

Used to buy their shampoo bar for the past three years and it was amazing. Until they doubled the price!! Literally doubled the price of all their shampoo bars. I’ve found another natural shampoo bar at a different store now. Wish it was cheaper at lush.

Our family visited Victoria from Nanaimo and we often strolled along Government street. My two toddler's aged three and four were super excited to try the giant Super Mario bath bomb. Immediately after we entered we were greeted by amazing staff, Colin had us set up with Nora to do a demo on the soaps. Our kids were just thrilled!! I've honestly never had such great customer service anywhere. I cant say enough about our amazing experience, thanks again.

I popped in today and received excellent customer service from Colin! I’m curious about solid bars with beautiful botanicals and the sourcing of ingredients. Very impressed with staff knowledge and playful enthusiasm! I purchased 6 items and am loving the feeling on my skin. Less packaging, more joy. Well done Lush.

The sales clerks were wonderful. I went in to look-only because I never buy bath bombs nor any fancy girl things. Erin and Ashley were so lovely and knowledgeable. I bought several bombs and a well made against animal testing bag for my vegan sister.

Absolutely amazing service. Helped me find appropriate gift sets and offered some cool ideas. Got a hand massage and left the store extremely grateful and satisfied. Thank you for all your care and attention Colin and the rest of the Lush staff.See you soon definitely

I’ve been meaning to post for a couple of weeks. I was having a rough day, so I went for a walk and decided to treat myself to some bath bombs. Picked out a few treasures, got to the till and realised I didn’t have my wallet. The staff were wonderful! I ended up placing an online order and they packed my stuff while we waited for the order to come through. They even tucked a few extra samples in for me. What could have been both embarrassing and disappointing, became a super positive experience on a day when I really needed it.Oh, and one of the samples was new to me. A lovely purple body scrub that I have already lost the label for. It’s fantastic, so I’ll be back for more. ♥️This is exactly why I love going into stores instead of just ordering online. Thank you for making my day.

Everyone, STOP what you are doing and go visit Colin at Lush! He is the most charismatic, dynamic, informative, and kind person I have ever met. I walked into the Lush store on Thursday (my first time) and was greeted by Colin’s magnificent smile and buoyant tone. What an authentic, glowing energy he is, a perfect match in the retail industry (I really hope his employer sees this and gives him a raise!). Lush is lucky to have him. I have been in service/retail spaces for 13 years and this is top 3 of my best experiences, ever. Colin’s in-depth knowledge of Lush’s partnerships and support of Indigenous girls and women who are land and water defenders along with youth advocates flowed naturally and effortlessly. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about Lush’s sustainability efforts and how products are closely sourced to the stores. And THAT hand massage! Oh, I really enjoyed that especially after back to back counselling sessions. The store was beautiful, the experience phenomenal, and Colin was the entire package with lot’s of laughter, reciprocal conversation, and genuine connection. my friends and i had an amazing experience at this location! we walked in and were instantly greeted with a warm welcome from Colin and his coworkers. Colin treated us with a product demo which included his knowledge of the products, he was very insightful and helped us find the products that we tried out. definitely the best experience i’ve had in a lush
