I avoid this location at all cost but unfortunately it's the only one close to my office. It's always packed, chaotic, and slow. If you order anything other than a regular coffee, good luck

This is the worst Tim Hortons in multiple ways. There is no one instance that I’m basing this on as I know with any Tim Hortons, they are base level assumption on the frequency of bad experiences (wrong order, long line, etc). This specific one just seems to be terrible and have much higher rates of bad experiences. I’ve had wrong order, long time to get order, forgotten orders, rude employees, unorganized line up, general confusion from employees about what happened to an order. This place just seems to be the worst based on frequency of mistakes. I go to the eaton centre Tim hortons instead even though it’s significantly farther.

Never had the worst service experienced until I met them. They screwed up my orders 4 times while people were still behind me, waiting to take their order. Staff needs better training URGENTLY.

This place is a disaster. So many staff yet wait for too long to get orders. The waiting area is a mess and they're always getting orders wrong. Go somewhere else - I will be.

This Tim Horton is close to the office which makes it convenient and easy to get to. I normally order ahead instead of waiting in the line (line moves fast though). The morning crew is always quick, attentive and polite.

The worst place to ever go to trouble customer service the employee did care what my name was and just used a random name after telling her my name two times and just said I will call you Justin.

Went there many times because my workplace is close to it - the quality of service is lower than nearby coffee shops, staff are rushed, take my orders like robots… unhappiness is clearly on their faces. I understand that it’s a busy place, but nearby coffee shops do better job, they are busy too

Purchased a BLT. While eating the BLT I discover a long hair in my sandwich. This is completely ridiculous and unsanitary. Don't they wear hairnets as food staff? I felt upset immediately. I ate half of the sandwich before discovering the hair. I will never buy from them again.
