Used them In the past for garden clean up and maintenance, they were competitively priced and did a good job. We contacted them this year for a quote it was more than double all competitors and more then double the previous time they were here. Recently we ordered 1.5 yards of gravel to be delivered, driver refused to drop where wanted. When order was placed we specifically asked for it to go to the rear of the yard. If it couldn’t be done then say so. After refusing to drop where wanted they still insisted we owe them the delivery fee. It was not delivered!

This is our second year using Courtland Landscape and Grounds, and we couldn't be happier. Their work is exceptional and the crew members are hard working, courteous and respectful of the property. Their product is top quality and they stand behind it.Cory Smith, is a shear pleasure to deal with, he's the real reason we keep going back to them. To Cory, customer satisfaction is important. He truly makes you feel that you matter, and you know you got a fair deal. He's accommodating and goes the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want. You'll never find a better team.

I could not be happier with Courtland Landscaping! They talked us through everything they wanted to do, and I couldn't be happier with the result! Everything looks amazing and excellent customer service. They did a total clean up and redesign of all our gardens.

We had ordered from them Several times decent luck. We then ordered screened topsoil and it was full of gravel. When we emailed and complained we were told they used the top soil and have no issues. So I’m other words, tough luck. I will be ordering from elsewhere as will my neighbours as they are all disgusted with what they are seeing all over my lawn. Gravel and more gravel.

Every single part of our experience with Courtland has been truly amazing. Justin has made every part of our dreams a reality. Every team member has been so professional and so kind. We have had work done throughout the years in our home and have never felt the way we do about Courtland.

What an amazing experience we had working with Courtland! We initially met with Nikki to relay our vision, as we did several other companies. Only Nikki was able to execute it to our expectations and boy did she deliver. Once we got through the unfortunate Covid delays, the crew arrived at our home, ready to go. No word of a lie, from full demolition to project completion was 13 days (minus a minor wait for the carpenter to complete the pavilion). The crew was friendly, helpful and open to answering any questions. The quality of the workmanship was bar none. The end result was better than we ever anticipated. From the first contact with Cory, we have been very happy with the service and professionalism of this company. We had our old sidewalk removed and a new stone one installed and it looks beautiful. We also had a pad made for a shed. Their workers were very professional, cleaned up as they went along. Courteous. Didn't rush and did a fabulous job. We are thrilled with the outcome. It looks so good. They even put down sod instead of just throwing down some seed. We weren't expecting that. We look forward to having them do more work to make our house exactly as we want. We highly recommend this company and hope you get to enjoy their services.
