A small pool but it is very refreshing. Better to go during the week, as the weekend fills up. They have deck chairs and plenty of shade.

Went there lots in my teen years, 1970's. Glad to see it is still around and new generations are enjoying the park and pool in the 21st Century. So nice to bee outside enjoying the sun and mingling with people. Hot fun in the summertime, thanks to the Toronto Parks Board, keep up the good work.

Nice! Not overcrowded, clean, lots of space to sit or stash towels. Relaxed atmosphere. Wish the deep end was actually deep, but it was enough to have some fun and cool the kids off.

Greenwood pool is a great place to go to relax in the sun and tan or go for a dip. Both with your kids or without. The change rooms and pool deck have been clean and well taken care of everytime ive been there the staff has always been friendly and respectful to both me and my son. I always look forward to going in the summer and im never disappointed that i went!

I grew up in the area greenwood pool was my 2nd home in the summers of the 70s. Brought back so many memories how there used to be bands on little flat stages throughout the park. It was great times back then. There used to be a big slide in the shallow end of the pool but I don't remember when and why it was taken down it was alot of fun. It's changed alot but so have I, it's been over 40 years since I was there. And I will be going back, maybe I'll go for a swim this time ✌

Hi I'm an employee at the pool and I know the actual City of Toronto website is rarely updated. I'd like to use this space to list some pertinent info regarding the facility and its operation/regulations.-lane swim is 11-12 and we do two 30-minute intervals with a capacity of 12 patrons per 30 min period-from 12-8 we run hour long cycles of leisure swim in which up to 75 people are allowed in the facility. We let patrons in at the top of the hour and they are allowed to swim until 45 minutes after the hour, so from 12-12:45 for example.- the lifeguards use the last 15 minutes of every hour to sanitize the facility so please exit as soon as you hear the whistle, we frequently have issues where patrons think they are entitled to the last 15 min of the hour for the purpose of changing/showering - that is not the case- you must wear a mask or bandanna (covering mouth and nose) to enter the facility-the changing rooms are for changing/showering only, you cannot use the lockers to store possessions, bring everything with you on deckthanks

This pool is great, but unfortunately this year (2019) they've done away with lane swim hours. They've instead sectioned off a quarter of the pool for lane swim.NOBODY respects the quarter of the pool for lane swim - you'll find kids hanging out in the lane, parents coddling their toddlers, and absolutely NOOONE having the decency to move out of the way of people actually trying to swim laps.I raised this to the senior lifeguard, and he informed me that specific lane swim hours were no longer. And that all they could do was to tell people to get out of the lane swim lanes - not even this was being done. Although given the fact that I was swimming laps, and nobody in my way (kids and ADULTS included) seemed to see fit to get out of my way, I believe him when he says nobody listens.City of Toronto - this could be a great pool - but we adults (even those of us without kids) are taxpayers too. I want to be able to swim laps uninterrupted.@everyone else - respect the lane swim lanes. Especially those adults who really didn't give a **** today playing with their kids. I want your kids to have fun...you should want me to enjoy my space, too!

Pool has been quite quiet of late despite the pleasant sunny weather. That is a plus. The staff are quite friendly and the place is clean and spacious. Several deck chairs if you want comfort. Now, there are no slides or diving boards, and the water is a bit chilly (or refreshing if you prefer). They do have a swimming lane which runs the length of the pool. The cooler water is a good thing if you plan a longer swim. Yesterday they widened in response to demand reinforcing the responsive nature of the staff.I felt refeshed and calm after spending two hours swimming and then reading.
