Eastlink

Recently switched to Eastlink. They are an Atkantic company. They provide comparable service and products as the bigger guys at the same or better rates and the big plus is they are not as arrogant.

I love the Unlimited Data Plans. These days going on a Pubic Wifi is like playing Russian Roulette! With 45 GB who needs wifi. Eastlink makes my mobile life more secure!

I've been with Eastlink for years and years, and today I found out something interesting to me.I had the device protection on my plan for the extra fee every month, and actually had to use it in November. My screen cracked, so I called and went through everything, paid the $200 + dollars for what I thought was a new phone. Since I got the phone in November, the screen has a mind of it's own, and won't allow me to do anything (text, or choose certain apps).Understanding that I waited this long to call, I asked the question if the phones they are replacing are new or refurbished. I was told all of the phones are refurbished, which to me makes no sense to pay monthly, and then pay a set amount when replacing, to get a refurbished phone when I could have had a new one.To say I'm disappointed in Eastlink right now is an understatement.If it's suggested to customers to get this device protection, and pay for it every month (and possibly not have to use it) just to get a refurbished phone is not worth it.I waited too long to call about it which is on me, but at the same time if you have a customer for x amount of years, you'd think you would do what you could to keep them happy. You're undoubtedly not losing any money. Buyers beware, or at least be more educated on what products you're getting than I was.

Got an email that says iphone on sale no. get a new phone on a 8 GB rollover plan for $45." well i got a new phone only to be told that i don't meet the requirement as this is only if you add a line. unfortunately that's not how you worded it in your email. Please if you are a consumer

Staff was not very friendly and did not seem to want to help us at all. We went 3 times within a couple of weeks, different people each time, and it was the same thing every time. The technology they use didn't allow us to keep our current phones and they did not have the phone we wished to replace them with in stock. We had to wait a few weeks to get it. Then, when we went to the store again to finally get it, we had to wait like 2 hours for them to update the phone (we were not allowed" to do it ourselves). The good news is the service over the phone is much better and they offered a small credit on our account for the phone not being in stock..."

Like most people I know, I had been moving back and forth between the providers, struggling to keep the cost of my cell phone down. I decided to give Eastlink a go (the online deal was pretty good in comparison), and I was very impressed with the local team in the Champlain Mall! The staff there went above and beyond to get me an even better deal than I had signed up for. They were very knowledgeable and peasant to deal with. I'm happy to leave the cell phone giants behind!

Conlan is excellent he was able to save me some money on my monthly bill and then really give us a good deal on two iPhones I highly recommend East Link in the Champlain mall. Thank you :)

Used to be a great small little ISP. You could call an get a real person on the phone very quickly unlike the big 3. Not sure what happened to them, but now they are unreachable almost completely. Even the folks in their store look wretched and resigned to their fate. Looks like they are headed towards bankruptcy or acquisition. In terms of service, at least in NB, you can't get 5G almost anywhere. Call quality is awful.

The gentleman who served us was very knowledgeable. The savings are fantastic. Very happy with the changeover.

I was in the store the other night for about the 3rd time. Finally got a rep that seemed like he actually wanted to talk to me. Even though Nick is clearly an iPhone user he did not push me in direction or down play the Samsung at all and explained how great of a product they are. In the end I went with the iPhone as I don't think I can manage the switch from what I'm used too.If you had more reps like him I wouldn't have had to come back 3 times, but your prices are awesome and I just wanted a rep that knowledgeable and respectful and I finally got that.Great experience, great service.
