Beaver Lake
Beatiful wild natural lake inside Stanley Park. The environment of the lake is quite and peacefull. Really worth to visit and enjoy.

Calm and open, this shrinking lake is one more fabulous spot in the middle of Vancouver's crown jewel, Stanley Park. Getting here takes a little effort - mostly footsteps - as do all the best places, paying back in abundance.

Beaver Lake is the best place in Vancouver for a nice walk. Lots of people take pictures, cycle around and walk around the loop. Because there is some construction going on there, you can only do half of the loop. These are my photos of Beaver Lake.

Completely covered with lily pads when we went in early September so we didn’t see much of the lake. To get here you take a bridge that crosses the highway. Lots of slugs on the ground on the path so be careful where you step. Saw some cute squirrels and mushrooms. About an hour round trip from the second beach parking lot.

Peaceful moment watching birds and trees reflection on the lake. You can walk or cycle going there.

Beaver Lake
One of the most tranquil, peaceful places in all of Central Vancouver. Tucked away in Stanley Park, Beaver Lake is simply gorgeous to visit and explore in any season. From the vibrantly coloured water lillies, to the plentiful wild flowers and vibrant green lilly pads, Bever Lake is a 'must visit' on any trip to Vancouver.

Beaver Lake
Really beautiful trail with plenty of wildlife. Far away from the roads so it’s peaceful and quiet. Lots of nearby trails to explore and quick access to the sea wall. Highly recommend for a short and quiet morning or evening hike.

Beaver Lake
Beaver Lake is a small lake located very near to the Stanley Park Bus Loop and the Toy Train Railway Station. It is a shrinking lake but still very beautiful, with a rough trail going around the perimeter of the lake with tall grasses and bushes growing next to the lake in the summer months. There were some lotus plants and some wilting vegetation in the water. There are supposed to be beavers in the lake though we did not see any, but we did see a few ducks. We saw a lot of cyclists riding around the trail.
