Rude staff. My husband asked for cup holder sleeves for our hot drinks, and even said sorry for asking, as we could see the barista was busy, but even so there was enough staff working. She just threw them down in the counter and slammed my daughters drink down next to it, with that look that made you feel bad for daring to ask for something. Wow, no manners at all! I likes stopping at this Starbucks but we won’t from now on.

Very busy location as it is the only one in Brockville!!! Very friendly staff and a large variety of beverages...seems like more than offered in Ottawa! Well stocked and relatively clean, considering the traffic. It is located just minutes off the 401. Caramel Frappacino and Café Vanilla Frappacino tastes somewhat bitter, so that is a shame. Must be in the execution of the recipe! Nice outside patio, though there is A lot of vehicle traffic. A nice breeze today so the air is good. I do not imagine it would be nice without a breeze! Very creative summer decor throughout, which is fun and different from other locations. An overall positive experience. Worth the slight detour off the 401 and much much better than the 401 rest stops as there is so much in the area for eating, shopping and banking.

The people there were absolutely incompetent. They had no manager so perhaps it was lack of supervision for these middle school children? They gave me a drank that had some kind of powder all over the top so I wanted it remade and the girl didn’t know I was standing right there so she just quickly replaced the top of it and thought I didn’t know. When confronted they played ignorance but it’s easy to tell. Don’t go to this one

Made my drink wrong. I got an Iced Chai with two pumps of vanilla and it tasted like milk. I hate asking for a new drink. But I did and she promptly remade it.

Only giving one star because I have to give one. We spent 15 minutes in the drive thru just to be told to come inside to pay because their machine was down. We went inside to pay, everything was made, their machine was down inside too. Instead of offering us the stuff because we spent 25 minutes trying to pay for it, they told us there was nothing they can do. We are in a pandemic and no one carries cash around. The Kemptville Starbucks always gives you your order if their machine is down when you are trying to pay. This was horrible customer service. Not asking for a handout but when you make a customer come inside to pay and it still doesn’t work, you’re wasting our time at that point. Do better.

Incredible kind gesture! I already go to this Starbucks daily and they surprised my coworker and I with complimentary tray. All delicious drinks and such a sweet idea! Great people!

Stopped by to kill two hours whilst waiting for a friend. The staff were fantastic. They were very kind. The internet was awful. Not a great place for internet, that's for sure. But the staff were very kind in trying to help me get connected.

We asked the guy why the stainless steel cup ( cup used to make the milk foam ) is dirty from outside, he said but it’s clean from inside! Instead of saying “sorry” or” I will clean it now”! The answer was out of our expectation for a shop like Starbucks!I didn’t have the chance to take the photo, maybe next time.

Nice Starbucks. Same as all of them really. Typical friendly staff, same coffee, same atmosphere. Hard to compare Starbucks, unless something bad or good really stands out. The place was clean, and my coffee was good. No complaints. Their food menus the same and always seems to be in stock.
