We bought our AC from Arpi's and it was due for routine maintenance.As it interacts with the heating system and humidifier our service tech pointed out some things to look out and a couple of things we'd been neglecting so he tuned up that equipment for as well.He was polite and professional throughout, explained in detail the work, prices and alternatives.Every time we use Arpi's we continue to be impressed.

Mike and Josh did a great job. Mike arrived at the designated time and went over the A/C installation procedure. He then kept me updated throughout the day as installation proceeded. Any questions I had were answered promptly and informatively. The job site was left clean after installation of the A/C.

Arpi’s technician came to fix our furnace, I found him to be very knowledgeable and expert in his work. He had all the parts needed for the job in his van and I do not have to wait for few days for the parts to be ordered. He explained me a number of items while fixing the blower motor and help fix some other items as well. Apart from cost of the parts and repair I am very satisfied with the service they provided.

We're always in good hands with Arpi's. They installed our furnace in 2015 and have been doing our annual maintenance since then. They have done a few proactive repairs, all on warranty. As we transition to our furnace leaving it's 10 year warranty period, transitioning onto their VIP program" and it is already serving us well. Their technicians are always helpful

Project Manager (Kevin)who gave the original quote was very thorough and answered all my questions. He was a great guy!Technicians were professional and very efficient. They took the time to lay out carpet protection to ensure there was no mess. Their work was clean and precise. Final walk through was nice to have, going over everything they did and instructions for optimal use. Would highly recommend Lucas to anyone!

Very professional. Came twice - first as potential repair but after examination we found a new furnace was required. Kelly did the exam and was very good. The install also went very well with Terry and Justin doing a very good and quick job. Great workers on all counts.The only problem that arose is mainly mine - we went through the systems and I thought I understood everything but for some reason, in spite of the fact I think I am following instructions, I can't get all systems working!!Everything else is great - I'm the guy that's wearing out :)

Gord and his associate who’s name I did not catch did an excellent job replacing our furnace and preparing for our heat pump install (pump is on back order). They were friendly and professional, explaining what they were doing as they went and answering all my questions.Arpi’s and project manager Rene were the only company in Calgary that I contacted who where both familiar with the Canada Greener Homes program and were able to provide quotes for not one but two heating/cooling system options that met the requirements of the program.

Rene Rapalo is the guy you want your AC installation project coordinator to be, put all the if(s) and but(s) on table for him and he will calmly answer all your queries.And the installation team (William and other) was phenomenal, every thing was done in a very professional and calm manner.The Installation team was polite and in no rush.I am very much satisfied with the service and equipment installed.
