I really liked that Storage Mart because I knew there was more security as it is next to a Car Dealership. Lots of Watchers! The Employees are very nice and take care of their customers with anything they need or have to deal with. Do not let anyone in or out behind you. I noticed that people were not punching in their own codes coming and going. Anything can happen. Be careful.

I had such a wonderful experience with Storage Mart during a cross country move to BC. I actually moved my belongings from another storage unit in town after seeing how much better this facility was. It is safe, secure, very clean, and the staff is amazing! Trying to juggle the logistics of staggered moving and shipping dates from across the country was very stressful but Destinee and Ryan went above and beyond to help make it happen. I can't thank them enough for all of their help ensuring my belongings were safe and sound after I left the province. I will absolutely be recommending this place to my family & friends and anyone else who needs a storage unit! Beyond impressed with my experience here from start to finish!

As much as the location I use has been great in most aspects (except the bug infestation) this review is due solely to their pricing. Three times in the last year and a half there have been price increases. It is beyond ridiculous. The last one being a $40 increase per month. If you go to the location I use on the website the same size unit is listed for $100 less. There's tax and insurance which still leaves it well short ($50-$60) of what I'm currently being charged. I've priced the same size unit with competitors and it's $200-$220 range generally. If you want good customer service and a clean, secure unit you will receive that. If you want to be OVERCHARGED (ripped off) even compared to what's listed on their own website nevermind the competitors then STORAGEMART is the place for you.

GREAT facility! Always clean, good lighting and well kept; plenty of dollies and flatbed carts to lug things in and out; no sign of rodents. The folks are friendly and easy to work with. Over my two years of making use of the climate controlled unit here I always felt my belongings were safe and secure.

StorageMart was the perfect solution to the transition period in my move. Unit was a great size, easy to access and staff very helpful. Would definitely store things here again if the need ever arises.

Storage Mart has been a lifesaver. We acquired a climate controlled 5x8 unit in January and have been moving things in since. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. The staff are always super helpful. I'm very glad I got a storage unit here, it's allowed me to clean up and clear out my apartment and makes the living space much more livable. Much cheaper than looking for a bigger place. I highly recommend this Storage Mart location. Five stars!!!

After 6 years using StorageMart on Wharncliffe Rd S service I can recommend this facility. Very professional but also very helpful and understanding staff. Units are clean and safe. Good job StorageMart!

I rented a locker 3 months ago then all of a sudden it went up $34 a month for no reason but they said building maintenance ". B.S. no notice

Great service and easy to rent a storage locker. I was impressed with how smoothly it all went. The locker itself was clean and dry and was perfect for my needs. Highly recommend and will use this storage locker location again if I need one in the future.

I have a unit inside one of the large non-climate control areas. It is very well taken care of and always clean and tidy inside the building. Snow removal is done. The set up from internet to getting my keys and autopay was easy as pie.
