Really friendly staff and a HUGE selection of products. They also have a halal meat section with ample choice including mince, chicken, cured meats etc.Also visited the pharmacy and staff were very helpful there.

We have been shopping here for a couple of years and find that it is very often out of the groceries that we buy frequently. We thought at the start that it was a pandemic thing, but my sense now is that it is related to staffing and/or management. We live about a 15 minute drive away and often need to make 2-3 extra trips a week to go back to the store and see if they have restocked the shelves yet. Their PC soft drinks are often completely sold out - and the prices seem to change weekly, bouncing between $0.99 and $1.59? Meanwhile, there is always lots of stock of all the brand name soft drinks. Perhaps it might be an idea to increase production or stock levels? Same thing seem to apply to some other products as well - inventory management or shelf stocking seems to be lacking.

The price of produce is already bad enough, and you’d think with the high prices, that the quality of produce would reflect that, however it doesn’t. Just bought these apples and when I came home and cut them open, this is how they looked. In fact, out of the six, only one was good. Lastly, superstore needs to do better in ensuring their produce is of quality, and if it’s not, then lower the price. Either way, I’m shopping elsewhere for produce.

Visited this store for camping supplies but we got charged twice for a bottle of water, which is fine but we didn't appreciate the rude response when trying to get this rectified.Also their policy is they don't give the 'deposit' back for the return of the 18l water bottle, should be called a bottle fee.Would not recommend this store.

Great selection and online ordering has improved tremendously, HOWEVER we are often waiting 30-45 minutes once an HOUR for our groceries. I get it, staff shortages but it's happening more often than it should. 5 stars if that was to improve.

Selection of products is excellent, customer service is bloody awful, rude staff who treat you with disdain because you complain about being overcharged. Overcharged ,, oh yes indeed, a common practice in this place, three for three on my last visits.Their website offered Nescafe instant coffee ( 475g size ) at $ 8.98 each. My receipt showed $ 14.99 each, I went back to customer service and spent half an hour there while their staff berated me for making a mistake on the pricing ".I kept telling them that this price was on their website and not in their flyer. They insisted that I " must have been looking at a back east website because they couldn't find this product ". Yes it only took three rude staff members half an hour to actually find it and refund my money.Club size cocoa the ticket sign was $ 5.99 it scanned at $ 6.99

We don't have this option where we live but the diversity of food, the very good quality, and pretty good prices didn't disappoint. Was able to get in and out fairly quickly.

We spent 80% of our grocery money here for 20 years. We stopped shopping 6 months ago as the store has not been the same. Always out of advertised items, meat in particular and dairy department is always empty! Eggs, milk, you are lucky to even get them. This has happened over and over. Hope you get things sorted out as it was a great store at one time. Jim.

Normally don’t shop at Superstore even though I live close by. I like the selection but the size and busyness of the store often keeps me away. Today I wanted to pick up some specialty items in the imported food isle. As I was looking around a very thoughtful and kind employee asked if I needed some help. Believe his job was stocking the shelves. It he seemed to find great pleasure in helping me plus other customers. He not only helped me find what I wanted but made excellent recommendations and offered choices. I took my items but realized I had forgotten an item so went back. The employee remembered me and teased that I had been standing right in front of this item earlier. Your store is fortunate to have employees who go out of their way to please people,. Our world needs more kind souls like this gentleman. There was also a nice young lady in the next aisle who also left her job stocking to take me to the product I was looking for. Congratulations and thanks to these considerate and helpful individuals.

Should be a 5 star considering the closest competition was closing and had no goods on the shelf. Found everything with relative ease and a good selection of all the items we came in looking for. The floors were pretty dirty but all in all a great shopping experience.
