Despite unknowingly not being in the region, mold busters proceeded to give me a free virtual consultation that helped me diagnose the issue and be able to talk with the landlord about how to remedy it. Luka was of great help and was super nice throughout the whole call, proceeding to then send further advice and information packets via email after the consultation. While I cannot comment on their in-person services, their online consultations are excellent and I recommend them highly!

The company suggested that I use one of their mold test kits since I was not sure of the substance that was covering almost everything in my screened porch. I received the test kit, proceeded with the easy instructions and, within minutes, it was determined that the substance was white mold. I was glad that I could do the testing and get the results so fast, without having to send anything to a lab.

The service was straight forward, I was able to ask the inspector that performed the assessment questions and the answers I received were detailed and explained in a way I could easily understand.
