New floors already cracked. No easy entrance to self check. Only 1/2 registry open. Great improvement over all on aisle clutter cut. Back . Wish staff would take leave pallets if stock can't get items or in the way.

It was my favourite store until experiencing the remote controlled exit gate.Line ups for a cashier were long, used self checkout instead. It was super awkward leaving the self checkout area - checking receipts and being granted permission to pass through the gate, which then closed on my children, and the cherry on top having to maneuver children and a cart out of the awkward gate placement. A frustrating experience that I won’t be returning for.

It's clean and the staff are helpful. The Joe Fresh clothing is great (if you can get it on clearance). Prices are high on most everything (groceries, clothing, etc) unless it's on sale.

Prices are extremely high at this grocery chain. There is very limited competition. There are only 2 checkouts open at a time, forcing customers to use their self-checkouts. The other chain (Sobeys) always has a number of cashiers and checkouts open and no self-checkouts.

This store rips people off. I bought two items, one clearly said $1.09 and the other was $2.69. When I get to the check out the cashier charged me $3.29 and $5.78. Greedflation is high at this store.

I find Superstore prices going up all the time. I do enjoy the deli made clubhouse and fresh salads. I don't recommend the salads from the deli in the bowls Potato, coleslaw, seafood etc. They are flipped to make them look fresh. The staff are friendly but a lot of them are stressed out. Lots of variety in this store but prices are ridiculously high.

Stopped in to pick up a few things. Couldn't find cans of kidney beans in the canned veggie aisle, but, they had canned CHILI in the aisle! Beans were a couple isle over...go figure.

Bakery cake decorator can be a bit more friendly...lodged a complaint with head office. One must remember the customers' purchases give you hours.Go to Sobeys to get cakes done...all other departments are good.
