Ozcan Flooring

After shopping around to several flooring establishments we happily settled on Ozcan Flooring for our flooring needs. My experience with Ozi (the owner) from start to finish has been nothing short of exceptional! Ozcan Flooring’s product selection is vast and Ozi’s knowledge with regards to the various products and brands was hugely beneficial. He gave solid advice and we found the communication to be excellent and “bang on” regarding availability of inventory and delivery dates given the current supply constraints. The prices are competitive and Ozi and his assistant Sal patiently presented sample after sample (after sample) while I went back and forth until I finally decided on the perfect floor. Ozi was generous with allowing me to take home samples and was always enthusiastic and helpful when they were returned. Ozi even helped my husband and I load the van! I would whole heartedly recommend Ozcan Flooring and Ozi in particular to anyone for their flooring needs! As you can see, my new floor blends in perfectly with my adorable (shedding) retriever Kenzie!

What a wonderful experience from start to finish. Ozi and his crew are amazing. The showroom is great to choose flooring, there's lots to choose from and everyone was so helpful with the final decision . I had a very good experience at Ozcan flooring, I bought some vinyl tile to lay down on my existing basement floor. Both Ozi and his sales associate were very friendly and helpful. When I came to pick up the vinyl flooring both of them helped loaded in my SUV,.I would highly recommend going to Ozcan for your flooring needs. Great price and great service.

Ozi and his team were very easy and great to work with. They removed the carpet and installed the flooring in just 2 and a half days. The team was knowledgeable and efficient and worked quickly. From walk in to final installation, we were always kept in the loop about what was happening. We will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend their services to anyone. Ozcan flooring is the best it gets! Ozi and his team did my entire house top to bottom and got rid of my old original hardwood and vinyl. My house is exactly as i imagined it would be with beautiful continuous engineered hardwood on the main floor and luxury vinyl plank in the downstairs family room and laundry. The care that was taken at every step of the job from planning to finish was beyond my expectations! I will recommend Ozcan flooring to everyone without hesitation. I had an excellent experience with Ozcan. I was searching for luxury vinyl planks of a specific look and thickness and was able to find exactly the floor I was looking for at a great price. They were able to accommodate a fast turnaround time to get the stock since we needed it in a hurry. Friendly staff and great customer service. Very satisfied. I'll be using their services again.

It was a great experience working with Ozcan Flooring. Sal and team were a pleasure to work with. There is such a great selection for flooring of all types - including vinyl which I chose for my basement. They provided good recommendations to work within my budget, did not try to upsell and kept the conversations simple and practical. Delivery was bang on time! I am VERY impressed with Ozcan Flooring. There was a nice selection of flooring and the team was absolutely fantastic. I purchased laminate for my upstairs office and found exactly what I was looking for immediately upon walking in. Ozi and his team (two installers) came to my home. He perfectly matched the existing flooring that I had on my main floor. In one day his two installers had laid 1/4” plywood in the hall and closets to make the floors level, applied self levelling cement where it was needed. They installed the flooring, cut the bottoms of the door frames to slide the flooring under, installed shoe moulding against the baseboard for a clean look and removed the old nosing at the too if the stairs and installed new nosing to match. WOW!! In one day!! My wife and I were blown away with the transformation! Now my sister is going to use his services and all she said was how nice it was to deal with Ozi!
