I could not be more upset with your driver today. If I had the license plate I would post that up here too. but sadly after my uncle barely escaping your driver with his life. Him and his wife are so shook up, they are leaving it to me, their niece.. to let your company know what happened. Today driving down Keystone in Mission about to turn onto Shaw street.. my uncle was tailgated by one of your fedex drivers. there was a truck in front of him with shingles on it and your fedex driver right on my uncles back end. as soon as my uncle slowed down to get ready to turn right onto shaw road, your fedex driver zipped past" him crossing the solid yellow line which spun my uncles car off the road and onto the gravel side almost falling into the ditch... My uncle has MS... this kind of stress on anyone is damaging but to an older couple one of them who has multiple sclerosis .. this is an act of violence. I am furious with your company. This is NOT the last you will be hearing about this. FIND THAT DRIVER. I was heads to roll. I will be talking to my uncle about filing an official police report once he has calmed down."

Good place to ship. The staff are pretty friendly. Difficult to park. Not an easy place to find.

They are not my first choice to ship with

If I could give a zero I would. I have experienced a series of problems from Fed Ex delivery drivers not knowing how to use a buzzer system in front of an apartment building to dumping a large package in a foyer of the apartment building and not delivering to my door. There appears to be no effort to actually deliver the item to the person. Fed Ex does not phone you, or text, or email that they tried to deliver the package. A sticky note is sometimes left on the front door, which is subject to wind, rain, etc. There is no email, phone number, or contact information for making a customer complaint. This last time, I ordered something for express delivery and paid an extra $100 for it. Ordered on Feb 4th and now Feb 14th and just found out from the seller that it has been sitting at a Fed Ex shipping centre for several days. I had no notice whatsoever. I now have to go pick it up when I have mobility issues. I sat on hold for considerable time trying to share my frustrations, but finally hung up. Fed Ex is a loss and will inform my seller (whom I order from regularly for work) to not use Fed Ex again. Bad reviews is what you get, Fed Ex, when you do not offer better service and good customer support.
