Have used their services many times. Always professional. Went May 13 in early afternoon to get pants hem repaired. The lady repaired it on the spot and no charge. Very impressed. Recommend Stich It" anytime"

Went to pick up an order at 6:30pm. Such an inconvenience, I can’t wait another 25 minutes, I have my husband and daughter waiting outside in the car and dinner reservations at 7pm. I can understand the “be back in 5 or 10 minutes” but this is excessive. Now I have to come back another time and the outfit I needed for tomorrow won’t be ready. I don’t care how my order turned out, this is unacceptable customer service. Customers can’t just wait for you. Very dissatisfied. Don’t use this service.

May 2023 5*Need to alter the length of my pant so visited the place. The store is located inside the mall near the back side. The employees are nice and quickly helped me. They took the measurements nicely.You can get same day delivery by paying 15% extra. They did the work professionally and packed it nicely. Fully happy with their work.

I went there for the first time . The lady on front was so confused and don’t know how to talk to customers. I gave her 2x$20 bills and 1x$10 and 2 dollars extra to charge me $45.20 and give me $5 bill back and rest change out of $2. Instead she gave me $1.70 and started shouting I gave her $45. She doesn’t even know calculations. It was morning I just didn’t want to fight over $5. So I took $45 and returned. But it ruined my day. She didn’t even asked me when I want my pants back and just charged me right away and asked for money. Just want to say if you guys want to go there just be careful. Because one person can ruin your whole day.

Went in with a long sleeve that was a bit too big for me, an employee named Susan helped me with my order and she was absolutely fantastic. My request was done in a timely, efficient and professional manner, Susan was the sweetest - an absolute pleasure to talk to, and the top fits perfectly now. Will definitely be coming back for all my resizing needs.

Sales associate 8826 was was very helpful and polite. I had few pairs of pants and shirts needed to be altered. Very happy with the results. They were ready to be picked up a day before the scheduled date.
