They were great! Had to have a vascular ultrasound at the Oakville location and the front desk being so helpful getting me in quickly and kindly. The technician, Michael was so attentive and compassionate. He was supportive by taking the time to speak to my family doctor and explain the situation and discuss the immediate next steps. Did not speak to the Doctor onsite but the kindness, caring and compassion of the front support person and Michael is greatly appreciated.

I would recommend this clinic to all who have any sort of venal diseases. I met the register nurse who went over my treatment plan in detail after getting my ultrasound done ( with a very nice and knowledgeable technician) The doctor was very pleasant too and answered all my questions and clarified my concerns for my treatment. The place is super clean and all the staff is super friendly. Thank you !

Two and a half years after my Venaseal procedure, Dr. Rapanos and his team are still checking up on me. Their care, kindness and patience in answering all my questions, and tending to my needs is very reassuring. One Vascular Clinic in Oakville is a state of the art clinic for Varicose Vein treatment.Dr. Rapanos and his staff are very professional and knowledgeable in providing comprehensive and expert treatment. The EVLT I received on both my legs has significantly decreased leg pain and improved appearance and quality of life. Highly recommended. Positive outcome.

Was referred to One Vascular for swelling in my ankles. Did lots of ultra sounds and the last ultrasound was a complete one from head to foot. After a 1 1/2 check the results were out in 45 minutes. Was disappointed that the doctor in charge did not have the courtesy to explain my results and sent a Nurse to inform me that everything was okay? My Ankles are still swollen and I can only presume that I was not a Cash Cow for One Vascular. Therefore, I was just told by a Nurse that everything is OK?? Very unprofessional. At least some advise from the Doctor would have been useful ??

AVOID this place AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! I had so much pain in my leg, my family Dr did a physical exam and said I probably have spider veins, so she referred me here, I did an ultrasound, and on my consultation day with the “Dr”, a registered nurse spoke with me told me everything was normal, I kept begging her to check again because I was in so much pain and it just didn’t make sense! She checked with Dr Rapanos and came back saying I can’t see him because my result was negative; I went back to the family Dr to do more investigations because pain got so bad; only to find out that “Dr Rapanos” wrote a report saying I should be wearing compression stockings daily and that he discussed with me benefits and risks of their treatments & so many other lies….. I called to give them a chance to explain; they tried to make it look like this was a general recommendation and ultrasound was clear… ummm, excuse me; you stated on the report that I do have spider veins and I need to wear compression stockings daily and I should try cenotonic supplements!!! Is that general ?! And if ultrasound is clear and no one did a physical exam, how did you know I have spider veins!!!! The audacity of these people is truly unbelievable!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This clinic wins first place for worst patient service ever. They have zero respect for their patients. My appointments were canceled and rescheduled 3 out of 4 times no matter how long in advance I booked and which days of the week I tried to book to avoid these last minute cancellations. Each time I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate. That should have been the first red flag but I gave them a chance. The icing on the cake though was my last visit. When I was finally seated in the treatment chair and just about to begin the treatment, they advise that the price has increased by 90%. Not 9%, not 19% but 9-0. That is not an inflationary increase. Just to get it straight: they couldn’t have told me in December when I booked the appointment, they couldn’t have told me in January when they rebooked me yet again, no they couldn’t even have told me the day before my appointment when I called to confirm to make sure no last minute cancellation. No, instead they spring this on me after I’ve taken the morning off work, driven to their office for half an hour, waited in the waiting room and when I’m finally seated in the treatment room, half naked, THAT is the time they choose to advise of their price increase. Very conveniently timed and clearly intentional. I blame leadership and the administration for this and not the messenger. I think she is being put in an unfair position.I have never been treated in such an unprofessional, disrespectful and frankly unethical and scam like manner.

Dr. Rapanos and his team are very knowledgeable in anything vein related and gave me confidence that I’d be in good hands before, during, and after the procedure! I’ve had varicose veins since I was 16 and it had slowly affected how I played sports and especially during the end of long work days from standing so much. My options were either to get the general vein extraction or go through the laser treatment.The vein extraction method was covered through OHIP, however the healing time was expected to be a month or so. I definitely couldn’t do that, and also the pain I heard through that procedure would be substantially more than this laser method.The laser method that I chose was around $3600 but I could walk the same day AND the healing time took only 3-4 days. I was legitimately walking the same day. The initial incision they make I remember was quite a strange feeling as they freeze the required areas where the varicose vein is which they need to work on- I able to talk through it with Dr. Rapanos and was very reassuring and calming.Over the course of 2 months, the vein had shrunk and went away and now I don’t have heavy feeling legs at the end of the day! Running has never felt better, and so many other exercises requiring jumping or continuous activity on the legs/feet.From start to end thank you for the care and service. Will recommend every single time to anyone needing this procedure done!

I am so impressed with this practice! They have state-of-the-art equipment for thoroughly checking blood pressure. I found that all the staff (Danielle!) are so patient-focused and friendly. Even though the physician's assistant gave my Mom her test results, Dr. Raponos made time to drop in, just for introductions.
