Owl's Head
We really enjoyed our ski weekend! Friendly, helpful staff making sure lift seats were full, hill was groomed, and lifts were running well. My only caution is spending too much time gazing at the gorgeous view while skiing that you forget to be aware of your foot placement!!!

Only 8 of 51 runs open, but lift tickets are full price at $78 for adults. Basically 3 major runs are open (the other 5 include the magic carpet and little trails that connect the 3 major runs). As a result we will ski at Jay Peak the rest of the week. We wanted to keep our spending in Canada, but the prices (and resulting crowds on so very few runs) is unreasonable. Also, the 3-day, 4-day etc lift ticket packages were sold out in November. Why's there a limited number of those packages??

Stunning view from the top, lake Memphremagog stretching into the horizon. Skiing down some slopes on the east side, it looks like you'll end up in the water. Great family friendly ski resort. Lifts are brand new, a card that's rechargeable online in your pocket opens the gates. Surprisingly not crowded at all for such a mild Sunday in February.

Owl's Head
Owl's Head was positively fantastic. In particular the advanced pass sales, and ease of picking up the pass. I went twice last week, and even on the weekend the lift lines were reasonable and moved quickly. The high speed lifts meant that many runs could be packed in a short time. The restaurant bar was top notch and the staff were all fantastic!

Skiing at Owls Head is always a pleasure. Tickets are the best priced in the region and the views over Lake Memphramagog are unparalled. You can even see Mont Orford from one side of the mountain and Jay Peak, Vermont from the other! All staff at Owls Head are super friendly - Thanks team for another great day!

I like this ski hill. Some people in the group proffered the other placed we skied. But the vertical is bigger than some in the area. Also the view is really nice.

Great mountain for skiing. My family had an awesome time and the views were spectacular. The lodge is very family friendly. The rentals were the best we ever had. I can't say enough good things about Owl's Head!

The quality of the ski mountain has degraded significantly, unfortunately. Just to buy a ticket, you need to answer invasive questions. The same thing goes for the rental. To add insult to injury, the 9$ poutine left a sour taste.Sad to see my local hill become a cash grab.
