Absolutely outstanding redo of our nasty, scratched and gouged engineered hardwood floors. Where others told us it couldn't be done, Alain made our floors look better than new. The work was done as promised, by a very professional team and the very personable Alain. We are beyond pleased with our floors and the service Alain and his team provided. Everything from moving furniture to the sanding and refinishing was done without a hitch. We would highly recommend Woodfellow Flooring to anyone considering refinishing their floors.

Great experience working with Alain. Responsive, stayed true to the schedule, and even came back to buff out a spot (free of charge) that I damaged when moving furniture back in. If I buy another house that needs a wood floor refinishing, I'll be going back to Alain. Great work!

Alain did a superb job refinishing our 50 year old oak floors. He was able to seamlessly transition into adjoining areas with new wood flooring. The refinishing and staining throughout are exactly what we wanted and the workmanship is excellent. Their attention to detail is exceptional. They custom made very nice floor vents to match.We couldn't be more pleased with the results.

Alain did an awesome job of refinishing our seriously worn oak floors. We love the result! His advice helped us make good choices.He was flexible, easy to work with and a pleasure to have in our home. We especially like that he was able to sand up close to baseboards and kickboards so that we did not need to remove them.

We have had Alain work on our floors before (saving a complete botch job someone else did - we were told it couldn't be fixed) so we knew who to call when we started remodelling a new home that had beautiful but dated hard wood floors in the kitchen and dining room. Alain and Lucas installed new hardwood in our living room and rebuilt new steps into this area, refinishing the existing floors so it all looked perfect together with a beautiful, much more modern look. Can't rave enough about Alain's craftsmanship, he really knows his stuff. He has a good sense of humour and takes the job seriously. Very knowledgeable in any aspect of wood floors. He took our 1950s house and gave the hallway and two bedrooms a fresh look. The only issue is now we see how desperately we need the living room and dining area done.

We had a great experience with Woodfellow from the initial assessment of our floors, to the finished product. It was a true revolution. The floors in our house are original and over 110 years old. They had seen multiple dogs, and families heavily traffic the floor. Previous contractors suggested replacement, but Alain preferred to keep the original floors, but put the time and effort into giving them life again.We've very happy with the results and won't hesitate to recommend Woodfellow in the future.

Woodfellow (Alain) was great to work with. He did an amazing job in our kitchen and master bedroom closet. We had a really quick turn around time and he was able to squeeze us in last minute. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction and without dust. The attention to detail on everything far exceeded our expectations and we are very pleased with the results. Not only did Alain show up on time, he showed up early to ensure there was enough time to finish our kitchen. Great communication through out and follow up after the project was complete. We are so happy with the job Alain did for us! Professional, on time, on cost and lots of little extras that made the experience really positive. Alain and his crew did a wonderful job refinishing my very old and damaged floors, I feel like I'm in a new house! His advice about colour and finish was perfect - I would not have chosen what he suggested without his advice but he was right, and they look amazing.
