Guys, I just had the most amazing experience with this appliance repair service near me! They fixed my microwave's broken door switch in no time and with such ease. Highly recommend!

I'm not exaggerating when I say this company is a fraud. Please avoid. I never write reviews, but this needs to be shared to help others. If you have an easy fix I'm sure they do a great job. However, after multiple issues attempting to fix our stove and paying about $1000 our stove has never been fixed. They have stopped responding to us via phone and email. The manager Andrew Smith has been rude via email. We went to the Better Business Bureau for assistance and they reported also being unable to get in touch with this company. It's clear they make use of caller ID and avoid certain numbers. We have screen shots and a clear timeline documenting their evasive behaviour and unwillingness to stand by their 40 day warranty since the oven was never actually repaired. Do not trust this company.

We booked an appointment for our washing machine, which was very simple and straightforward. However, within the hour, my husband and I decided that since our washer was old and outdated that we purchase a new one instead of going forward with the repair.We phoned back the same day to cancel our appointment, only to be told that there were no same-day cancellations (this is not posted anywhere on their website). We even phoned our scheduled technician to let him know that we wouldn't need his services anymore.For up to a week, we got non-stop phone calls, voicemails, and texts being sent during work hours demanding that we pay the $100+ cancellation fee for a service that was never provided, with threats to be taken to collection DESPITE the fact we had a valid 4-digit cancellation code.Think twice, VERY HARD, before you call this service - unless you too, wish to be harassed with phone calls and threats.

Scheduling was extremely easy and flexible. The technician was equally fantastic. Professional and extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem before presenting what the solution would be. Will not hesitate to use them again!

Great service! Replied to my inquiry in minutes and gave me a date and time that suited me. The tech arrived on time. No messing, just got the dishwasher sorted and gave me some useful advice.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are absolutely a scam. They “repaired” our oven, charged us over $1000 for the “repair” that never fixed the issue, avoided emails and calls for months, sporadically responded to my husbands attempts to contact them without any resolution, hung up on me when I did get through to someone and they were “transferring” me to the manager then proceeded to not answer my attempts to call back, and never responded to attempts to be contacted by the Better Business Bureau. They will take your money and disappear. They do NOT stand by their work and you will waste your time and money by using this company.

I would definitely NOT recommend! Scam through and through.**Update they responded to my review saying to contact them and they would respond. THEY DID NOT respond to my email and hung up on me when I called them. They also have not responded to the Better Business Bureau complaint filed either.I had a part replaced" (I'm beginning to think nothing was replaced) for my fridge with a cost of $250 + $250 for labor. $500 total. Shortly after the fridge stopped working again. After multiple attempts to contact and multiple days and multiple hangups. After my first Google review they sent someone out. He was there for 15 min and said it was loose wires and was fixed. It stopped working again and they said that it was now past the 30 days and it was no longer under warranty."
