We had an emergency plumbing situation that needed to be dealt with immediately as our tenants were moving there belongings into our suite that very day.We googled plumbers as it was a Sunday afternoon and the name drew us in right away so we called and were met with very friendly customer service as well as super speedy. I highly recommend this company. Fantastic service, excellent prices. They go above and beyond to make sure they get the job done. With our nasty winters, these are definately the guys you want on speed dial if your pipes freeze!!

Good service, but very expensive it seemed. Not sure how they compare for pricing with the rest of town. Also, note the time at the beginning and end of the job. I was charged for half hour longer than the job actually took.

Johnny explained everything he was doing and shared a lot of knowledge while repairing my hot water tank. Reccomend this company and I will be asking for Johnny for all our plumbing needs.

Just too busy to care about repeat business.....When booking I confirmed that they had a long enough snake to unplug a sewer clog. I was assured that the plumber would bring it along. The plumber never brought it along and I had to pay an extra hour for him to go back to the shop. Why should I pay for their mistake? I already paid for 1/2 hour travel on top of Truck Charge" (that I was not told about)Truck Charge $25Snake charge $75Camera charge $1951/2 hour travel to location $65 (in town service)1 hour EXTRA to go back and get the snake they FORGOT $1302 hours to unplug drain $260Total for sewer clog $790Customer service=poor. They don't return phone calls and have to badger them to respond to an email.Rates: I do contract work in Fort Mac and have subbed work out many times so I have a pretty good idea what the going local rate is. Hour rates are bang on but the undisclosed extras bump CallFirst into the 30% higher than the competition.To top if off

I spoke with Brandon the owner and he was great and very knowledgeable. He gave me additional information regarding maintenance of my current furnace so I may get a few more years out of it before replacing it. I would strongly recommend getting a quote and or service from this company

They were very helpful and did a very good job for us. They showed up on time and completed all the work HWT replacement and some little plumbing fixes with no problem at all. Highly recommend them!

Woke up to a dead furnace and -35 Celsius outside. Bruce showed up quickly and diagnosed my issue even quicker. He whisked away to get the part and Bob's your uncle. Fast, friendly, professional. Recommend.

This is my go-to company. Over the years they’ve fixed a broken pipe that flooded my house, installed a new hot water tank, fixed broken toilets, installed a new air conditioner, installed cold air exchanges, fixed my furnace.. probably other hinges I’m forgetting about.. but they’re always here on time, their work holds up, they are knowledgeable and professional and are priced competitively. I wouldn’t use any other plumbing and heating company. Highly recommended!
