Walked in there today, didn’t even get a hello. One girl was staring at me from top to bottom.... my purse, my shoes, notsure what was the issue. And the other girl at the cash didn’t understand that i was there for a refund and NO i don’t want to look for something else that’s not a reason to give attitude to a customer! Service was disgusting. Thursday March 11 at 5;45pm.

14/5/2023 I bought new slippers at a price of $216 and I found them uncomfortable and hurting my lower legs. I returned them after 48 hours. Unfortunately, they refused to change a larger size. They were unconcerned with the 30-day exchange policy, and not at the approved price. A completely false profiteering policy. It is a commercial policy for profit only.(It is a customer's right without tampering with the credibility of the foraging policy and losing many customers with this fake policy)

So disappointed I am writing this while still in the store. I was kindly greeted and served by Yanwen, she was patient and asked her manager for clarity on things she was not sure of, instead of trying to just make the sale. Her manager however was quite passive aggressive. I asked for my purchase to be monogrammed, to which Yanwen stated it would take 30-45 minutes. The manager gives a look and says “well, give us an hour”. I come back in an hour and the little sassy manager had not even STARTED. When asked she has the nerve to tell me “I told you minimum an hour”. Definitely not what she said the first time or else I would’ve never even bothered. If I didn’t need this today, I would have requested a refund. Definitely will not be back.

This is a beautiful Micheal Kors store. The products are higher quality and the designs are impeccable. The black pleated dress we purchased fit our curvy friend very well. The staff is friendly and helpful. Located in the heart of shopping district.

Una excelente tienda con variedad de vestimenta principalmente para damas. En mi caso adquiri un par de botas para mi mujer y realmente quedó encantada del regalo. Muy buena opción para quien quiera comprar un regalo especial. Recomendable al cien por ciento.

Poor Service and arrogant staff...If you as a customer do not check the website and don't know what items have gone on sale they hesitate to tell you...Hesitant to give service...Very unpleasant service, arrogant and rude staff...(BIG UNLIKE)He was approaching in a way as if I owe him...Today's client is savvy enough to know what is his/her right or not...This kind of attitude toward client is only putting a bad taste in the mouth of client to think twice before entering to such an unfriendly store...

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my whole life ESPECIALLY when you return back a purchase that you did not like or even appreciate for a refund . It is soooo disappointing ,A smile is free , no body say a hello Or a thank you , while you enter the store , they just look at you from head to toe .So unprofessional !

Everyone working there so far has been friendly and know where everything is!Fastest and easiest way to get what you need done I a timely yet professional manner.

Very good customer service hard to get anywhere these days. Erin was extremely nice to me and she helped me return a pair of shoes and helped me get other pair. Thank you!
