The rudest most disrespectful staff I have ever seen in an establishment. I also saw them yelling at another customer. They now also demand that you hand them the car keys after you park in the indoor parking where there is no reason to move the car. Given other reviews here reporting breakins by the staff, parking here seems like inviting trouble.

Avoid this place if you do not want to be attacked by their staff. The person who works there in the early morning is one of the most disrespectful, rude, unpleasant human beings I have ever met. He is verbally aggressive. There is an indoor parking two blocks north where you will be treated as a human being. I wish I knew his name, but I just run away from there. Avoid at all costs, you will regret it. You car is not safe there.

These people that work there and their owners are robbers.Don't leave your car there.

We're not happy yesterday... This man is very not respecting us Deaf people. He didn't let us parking the car because we want to pay for the parking car at Saint-Laurent / Saint-Paul in Old Montreal but he doesn't want to let us parking but we see that other people pay the parking but why not us?Please tell him to learn how to respect disability!!!!!! If not then I will call and report his manager about this!See pic of him. He is discrimination!!!

The signage mentions a certain rate and a full day rate of 22$ for special events. Today is not anymore special than any other week end but Michael who seems to be employed by this place was seriously giving attitude and being rude to the customers. What a rip off and a lack of respect.

Extremely unacceptable service from the owner, and an embarrassment of a company. I urge you to park anywhere else. I left my vehicle there at approximately 4:30 pm . I advised the attendant I paid that I am taking a photo of my ticket incase I lose it. He said amazing idea and witnessed me do this. I returned an hour later to my car being moved to underground parking down the street. I showed the attendant my ticket (photo) and he asked me to head to the entrance of the parking garage and show the ticket there to receive my car. An attendant came out from the ramp (apparently the owner) and when I inquired on my vehicle he said that photo tickets are going to be a big problem and I need the physical ticket. I informed him the attendant told me it’s okay, while I searched from my ticket. Immediately the “owner” identified himself as such and said I should call the police if I want my car back. He claimed that my car is unregistered and I don’t have a license. (Extremely unprofessional assumption to make towards a successful black entrepreneur that he assumed was too poor to afford my nice vehicle.) Who is he to verify my registration or license ? Not only was I disrespected by these comments, I was forced to walk down to p5 and pick my car up even though I left it with them in an outdoor garage. Multiple valuable items are missing from my car and I have already followed up with a police report. All the attendants I discussed this issue with said the boss is corrupt and is up to very shady business . I urge you once again to park anywhere else than this embarrassment of a location.

We parked here as we wanted to go to Modavie which is on the same street for lunch. The parking person said they only took cash for payment. My husband opened his wallet & paid cash, put the parking sticker on the dashboard & went to the restaurant for lunch. Imagine our distress when my husband put his hand in his pocket and found no wallet there. We went back to the parking staff & asked them if he had accidentally left his wallet there. However they said that he didn't have a wallet when he was there (if so how did he pay then?). They just shrugged it off & ignored us completely. We checked at the restaurant, around the car, in the parking lot & unfortunately didn't find the wallet. When he called his bank to report the loss, we discovered that one of the credit cards had been used. We blocked our cards, however we lost all the cash we had in that wallet including all id's he had in there. The restaurant is a minute away from this parking lot, so the wallet would have been picked within that distance. Posting this as a heads up to those who park here & pay cash. There are pick pockets around who would see your open wallet with cash & then target you. Please keep your wallet safe.

Place was awful. Our car got broken into. It was parked right beside the parking attendant booth so they are either too lazy to ensure no one broke into our car or they were complacent in our cars theft.

STEALING!!!!!!The worst place ever....my friend parked his car there during the day...someone broke his windows and stole valuable objects while the parking person was present. They laughed at his face WHEN HE Conplained never got a.call from the owner . We know for a fact it's the own staff that did the robbery do not park.there your car Is not safe there!

Our car had our windows smashed and a bunch of our stuff was stolen. I am 90% sure it's the staff worker there.
