Twice I've been in there when one sales clerk was quite rude to customers. Last time it was a poor husband who was paying for an item for his wife and had no idea what the clerk meant when she asked if he collected points. Today it was my turn. Music too loud in the store and with my mask on the clerk couldn't hear me and was rude. Won't go back there again. Sackville Wheaon's staff is polite and friendly.

My wife and I have been shopping at Wheaton's since the first store opened in the barn behind their house in Berwick NS. Today they have multiple stores in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. We love the little shop in Dartmouth Crossings. My wife and I visit weekly. The staff is great and their products are of very high quality and not usually found in other stores. Well worth stopping by if you happen to be near one of their stores.

Cute store . Pricey to shop here . Kept seeing advertisements online promoting the items they sell . Decided to check them out . Sadly we weren’t greeted or even acknowledged upon arrival or while in the store browsing . Could have spent some money there but didn’t because we felt like our business was required .Customer service is key to have to keep business .

Fun store with lots of trinkets and items for the home or for a gift. Some local items like jam and non-perishable foods are also available. It’s always fun to pop in and browse to see what new inventory is in stock at Wheaton’s.

I like to come here for Keurig singles. Perfect for an advent calendar!There were some pretty purses, too.Very festive atmosphere and sweet Christmas decorations

From my experience, this is the smallest of the stores we've visited, but it still has that homey feel like the others. I do find, like some other reviewers, that the staff can be a bit impolite here - especially when compared to the team in Sackville who are absolutely brilliant. We've purchased many items from here - lots of kitchen gadgets, Keurig coffee & tea pods, giftware, snacks & other food items (candy, jams, jellies, soup mixes, dip mixes, etc), home decor, art, dishes, toys and games, you name it. Always worth a visit, for sure.
