Was in line to buy a ring but needed to get a size first, when i asked about getting it sized they talked past me and I was told they were going to serve the paying customer first. While getting the finger sized we were told they don't usually do that here because they were a jewelry store.

Been here twice to try purchase a bracelet and didn’t buy because I was turned off from the terrible customer service both times and the sales associate was extremely rude. Don’t waste your time go to Bogarts in the mall instead. The Charm employees at this location are horrible

Got a ring here, also got lifetime warranty. But was never told if you dont bring the ring in every 6 months, the lifetime warranty is voided!
