I like this store. It's similar to Giant Tiger except they dont sell grocery food. If your looking for furniture for your first apartment or decor on a budget, you will love this place.

Lots of stuff to look at, good place for towels, linens, housewares, clothing. The point card adds up fast, it is my one stop shop for a variety of things, prices are reasonable, very similar to Big Lot stores, but nicer bed, bath items. Lady shoe size only goes to 10.

Always find cool stuff here; today ended up with a sherpa pillow and Avia bike shorts each for $10. The stock rotates like Winner's so there's always a find.

This store is disorganized and cluttered. I was in there to buy blinds, could barely move around and find the size I was looking for. There was a sign displayed saying all blinds were 30% off, but I got to the cash and the girl says not the ones I bought. In my opinion all means all. When I worked in retail misleading signs had to be removed, also the price was given to the customer. They need someone to keep this place organized, obviously whoever is working there doesn't care and it's not due to covid. I

While pricing and selection is good quality, mismarked items, and internal store policies are poor. Harts doesn't like returns though they clearly tell you...you have 30 days. Bedding is badly mislabelled and mismarked. When I went to return unopen bedding I get told they don't accept returns on bedding. This is no way for a community store to act and it is clearly anti-consumer.

Not the best Hart.Half the time I make the 60 min drive to get things on sale from flyer. To my amazement the items are never in stock! This has happened on way too many occasions. It's disappointing! So much wasted potential for this store. They definitely need a larger space as well. I find the back is a bit too crammed and cluttered for my liking. Makes my anxiety bad shopping there for some reason. Probably because of the overcrowdedness <- I made that word up lol.Please keep larger inventory of sale items so people like me who live rural have a chance to buy the items that are advertised in your flyer! Also try finding better location!

Save your money - the quality is horrendous. I bought two tables that turned out to not even be functional - the legs they came with kept falling off because brackets they came with were already stripped right out of the box. I emailed the customer service and received no reply. Cheapest, low grade particle board too. It would have been worth it to spend an extra $20 for a better quality product elsewhere - even at their prices it’s over priced for complete garbage you can’t end up using. Really in dismay about this company and their lack of effort to compensate me for selling me a faulty, useless, low quality product. Never again.
