I have been to this location several time and purchased several pieces camera equipment not to mention a couple of new cameras. I have been served by Raj, whom has a very vast knowledge of the world of photography, but is not afraid to say he doesn't know something, instead of faking it till you make it, like other stores and company's I have dealt with.The staff at the limeridge location is very help full and knowledgeable, working well as a team, working off each other's experience. Highly recommend this location for all your video and photography needs.Thank you Team Limeridge.

Had such a great experience in this location with Rav! He is SO knowledgeable & clearly knows a lot about photography, especially portrait. He really can help you & also teach you so much. I know I left learning even more about photography from him & so appreciate his help! He took his time to explain everything to me & was so patient! Thanks Rav! Definitely will be coming here for my camera needs moving forward.

If you’re looking for assistance with any photography questions, come to this location and look for Raj. I’m a total beginner trying to get started in photography and Raj was so kind to help me get started with a quick intro to cameras and the right gear. Not only does he know what he’s talking about, he’s an excellent teacher. I had such a great experience coming here. Thank you, Raj!

Back in February, my husband called and spoke to an employee to confirm if they did passport photos for infants. Whoever he spoke with (he forgot to get a name) told him that they did. We took our 2 month old in later that evening for her passport photos and were told very rudely by 2 employees (1 guy and 1 girl) that they didn’t do passport photos for anyone who couldn’t hold up their head. I explained that my husband had called in and spoke with someone earlier in the day and confirmed, but they didn’t care. They just kept telling us no, they couldn’t do it. It is not easy traveling around with a 2 month old, so it’s very frustrating that we drove all the way to this location after we were given different information for another employee. We left and got our daughter’s passport photos done at Staples in Ancaster instead. They have much better service! I will never be back and would never recommend this place to anyone!

Amazing customer service! Spent four days going in and out developing wedding pictures and every single time the staff was incredibly helpful, going above and beyond always. More importantly, they are all very kind. Quality of pictures are by far the best instant development I have ever experienced. Will definitely be going back for all and any camera and development needs.Thank you Henry’s Limeridge Team for my beautiful wedding pictures.

I called early in the day asking if I can have my 4x6 online photos printed that day. I was told I couldn’t and would have to come into the store, cool fine even better! I arrive later in the day and find out they cannot print 4x6 photos at the moment nor can they at any Henry’s. Thanks for wasting my time and I’m canceling my online order.

They wasted my around 2 hours. I ordered something for store pickup... i called them is my order ready. They checked and told me your order is ready for pickup. I drive 20 km one side. When i reached and asked for my pickup. They checked and said we don't have available in store. They wasted around more than one hour in store And did nothing...........Very bad customer experience.......

I went in for a passport photo last March and it was a quickie. It was done under 3-5 minutes.I’m here to give a 5 star review cause they accepted my handsome picture perfect photo!
